The air-conditioned living room includes a convertible billiard table, pellet stove (pellets provided), sofa, TV, board games, darts, and access to the garden with a fire pit, lounge area, sun loungers, and ping-pong table.



The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, classic and pod coffee makers, tea, small appliances, citrus press, and toaster.



The house has a bathroom with shower, toilet, and storage, plus a hallway leading to the sleeping area with a separate toilet.



The air-conditioned master suite features a private jacuzzi, queen bed (160 cm), TV, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bath towels provided. The second air-conditioned bedroom offers two electric single beds (80 cm, can be joined to make a double), TV, closet, and bath towels.



The synthetic grass garden includes table tennis, children’s playset, sun loungers, and a pergola lounge for aperitifs.



On the ground floor: laundry room with washer and dryer, 6 adult bikes and 3 children’s bikes with helmets.

A water and electricity package, sufficient for normal use, is included. If usage is abnormally high, an additional charge may apply.
