Great service and value for money
Great stay at Jurys Inn, had booked a double room for my boyfriends birthday and got upgraded to a nicer room, plus some prosecco and bday card from the staff waiting in the room! Such a nice gesture and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Hotell i perfekt läge
Mycket fint hotell, perfekt läge nära slottet och shopping, stort och bekvämt rum. Servicen var helt ok men utan det där extra.

Very central to walk anywhere within the city centre without being noisy. Car parking is tight and small spaces but convenient. Staff helpful and happy. Breakfast was good quality but warm not hot. Highly recommended for a central location

First night was ok, but the second night was horrible. Some kind of reception was running in the hotel and the music was so loud I could hear it in my room (third floor) until at least midnight. Don't go to this hotel!

Really convenient location in the city centre We booked a junior suite as it wasn't a lot more than the normal room rate and it was a great size and really comfortable Very clean, and nice touches like a complimentary drink each, Nespresso machine and decent robes Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and efficient , real credit to the hotel

There was nothing unique in the hotel. I will nver stay at any other Leonardo Hotel. This is a 3 star hotel, far from being in line with what I paid for 2 nights. I am VERY dissapointed.

If you could provide any further detail, we would greatly appreciate this so we can work hard to improve our guests' experiences.Additionally, I can see you stayed with us on a weekend where there was a major rugby event in the city centre. On these dates, our rates can get significantly higher than what we normally charge due to supply and demand and remaining competitive with local hotels - all other hotels in the city centre work via this method. We are very sorry to hear you felt your stay was not satisfactory and we sincerely hope you change your mind and choose to stay with us again in the future.

Bedroom furniture looking a little tired now. Hot water for the shower in one of the rooms we booked was very poor & the fridge didn’t work either. Gone 5pm so maintenance was unable. Staff very good & did put baby’s food in hotel’s fridge

I was concerned that when we walked our room's very creeky floorboards would disturb other guests, but after we heard guests walking along the corridor we realised the problem is widespread. I apreciate the building is old but think the problem could be relatively easily resolved. That aside we really enjoyed our short Cardiff break and would mention the convenient location of the hotel to friends considering a visit to the city.

Room was really lovely, kept clean could hear constant movement from the room above about 6 am and that would continue until late in the night. We were in room 2 to 6 so I believe possibly it’s below a storage cabinet or something which staff were in and out.

I had originally booked a room that had a king sized bed for my daughter, my 80 year old mother (who has limited mobility), and I because the booking site had said that this type of room would fit 3 people. When we checked in with a male staff member he mentioned that their hotel allows 2 per room, but then followed up stating that it was okay for all 3 of us to stay in the king sized room. However, a female staff member with a variety of tattoos immediately shut down what the male staff member had said to us and took over our check in. She said that all of us were not allowed to stay in that one king sized bedroom. We attempted to explain to her that my 80 year old grandmother has very poor mobility alongside a history of frequent fainting and falling spells, but she did not give any care whatsoever to our concerns. She had left us no choice but to buy another room for my mother. Her lack of care continued when she booked my mother’s room across the hotel building from our room with no direct or easy access in case my mother wanted to come to our room for any needs due to her previously mentioned disabilities. Additionally, it was extremely difficult to even enter our rooms. Couldn’t even enter my mother room unless someone was inside already. The door to my room was visibly filthy and one would have to kick the door in to even enter due to something being stuck there. There was no heater in our room with the only warm area being the bathroom towel rack.
