Ideal location
Only a few minutes walk from Sofia Gardens, city centre & Millenium Stadium. Excellent communication from Kieran, property manager. There was only 1 tea bag, although if we had mentioned it, I feel sure Kieran would have sorted it. Would use again.

정말 모든게 훌륭했습니다. 청결하고 잘 정돈되어 있었으며, 머무는데 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 카디프성까지 공원을 가로질러 15분이면 갈 수 있는 좋은 위치에 있고, 주차장도 넓습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

SACO Cardiff A real Gem
Great location, well run Kieran was first class and ensured everything Ok. Great parking location for City center perfect used before and will use again many thanks enjoyed our stay shame about the Rugby result!

The property manager Kieran is very friendly and helpful. Saco is of excellent condition. Close to town centre but in a quiet area. I have stayed here twice in the summer and will surely come back again.

Change of venue last minute
We never stayed here as the accommodation was “double booked due to a computer glitch”. We were contacted three days prior to check in and offered a new apartment. The new venue was closer to Cardiff centre and served our needs well. The computer glitch was still not resolved on the day of check in as I was sent an email to register online.

An amazing place in a lovely neighbourhood, very close to city centre, many lovely restaurants on the same street. Clean and cozy, lovely decorated, fully equipped kitchen etc. Would definitely stay again! Thank you very much you made our stay in Cardiff exceptional!

Saco was a great place to stay. Reshmi was awesome
Really comfy, clean place to stay a walk away from the castle and centre. What really made our stay worthwhile at Saco was the hospitality we got from Reshmi who was very attentive. Thank you Reshmi. We’ll definitely stay again.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay beautiful apartment!! Staff was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Honestly definitely going to come back!! Beds are comfortable a TV in the bedroom. Kitchen has all the essentials! An amazing night's sleep.

Family break
Our 2 night stay as a family was made extra special by the communication via Rashi. She went over and above to make sure we knew where we were going and checking in. Super comfortable, roomy accommodation that catered for us all ( 2year and a dog) Dog basket, dog treats and a welcome pack was a nice touch. I would highly recommend, and will definitely book again when we visit Cardiff.

Too many emails, not enough common sense
Lovely accommodation and great location. Too many pre stay emails from Saco with codes I didn’t need and just added confusion and stress to a one night stay when it wasn’t needed. Luckily easily sorted by a straightforward message from employee Kieran who was a great help. Check in, after an online ptocess earlier actually only involved a quick call to be let in remotely. Really easy, why Saco bombarded me with prestay emails and codes I have no idea! Pointless. Good flat, ok price, lovely location.

This property is very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities needed for our shortly stay. Property manager was very helpful when we had questions. Would recommend staying here.

Excellent apartment and spotlessly clean. It had loads of really nice touches and we wouldn’t hesitate coming back. Only problem was locating the correct black gates for parking and a photo would really help - this didn’t spoil a fantastic place

Worst place ever
Went there for 2 nights on a ground floor apartment and got told to go round the back and then go up 2 flights of stairs only to find out that someone else is in the apartment still and it was fully booked but we booked it and payed for it as well, so in the end we eventually found a nice hotel down the road, wont be going there to saco again ever very poor.

Not all the heaters seemed to work so was a little cold. Worktop a little worn and the bedroom blinds didn't kept the light out from what I assume was permanent access / security lighting to the rear of the property. However, if it had been on a social not business visit and not in a COVID lockdown, the location would have been ideal for the centre, stadium etc. with local restaurants, pubs etc.

Business essential stay.
Stopped in apartment, rooms were clean and bright. Will stay here again for business and when things are back to normal, will stay for pleasure. I would recommend this accommodation. Very quiet and staff were very helpful.

The property was in a very central location lovely walk through bute park to the city centre. Area felt safe and was very convenient to have on site parking. We stayed in two bedroom apartment on top floor and had a lovely large bedroom with en suite. Would definately stay again and recommend.

Better than hotel rooms
Make sure you ring them to get check in information and parking code if you use their own parking, there are also parking spaces on the main road. The flat is spacious and generally clean but there are spots which can be cleaned better. The blinds in the bedrooms is useless in blocking sunlight, it could be a problem for people who likes dark rooms.

Absolutely brilliant little apartment, perfectly suited for our little family for our short stay. Brilliant location just a short walk from the city centre. Really recommend this to anyone visiting Cardiff!
