Our home sits proudly on the Aberporth cliff edge, a four-bedroom retreat offering uninterrupted sea views and coastal luxury. Designed with a sleek, modern style, our home sleeps up to eight guests, welcoming pets too. With additional luxuries like cosy wood burners and hot tub to ensure guests have a truly unforgettable stay.
Perched dramatically on the Aberporth cliff edge and overlooks the Irish Sea. Edge House is the perfect year-round escape. From cosy evenings in front of the fire overlooking what can only be described as the mesmerising, yet therapeutic crashes of the waves below to summer days spent on the beach, enjoying the kayaks which we have available for you to borrow as well as the many stunning walks and adventures which are right on our doorstep.
We have created a home where we can enjoy the coastal views from all of the terraces, living spaces and even the hot tub allowing our guests to fully submerse themselves into the tranquillity that the natural landscape that surrounds us has to offer.
The open plan living area is ideal for spending quality time together, whilst the bedrooms and separate living room space allow guests more intimate spaces where they can truly switch off and watch the world go by.

The space:
Guests will enter through the unique bronze front door and into an impressive entrance hallway featuring double height space, cosy seating for two. The entrance sets into motion the `x` of whats to come as you proceed to walk through the rest of the property.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor while the master bedroom is situated on the first floor.
Note that all bedrooms benefit from floor to ceiling windows which flood the spaces with natural light, drawing your gaze out to the endless horizon as well as complementary robes and hairdryers.
Ground floor:
Bedroom 1 features a comfortable floating king size bed with views overlooking the back garden and the sea beyond. Guests will benefit from an additional seating area, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee while immersing themselves in the views. Storage includes wardrobes with bedside tables.
Bedroom 2 features a floating king size bed, endless sea views and en- suite shower room. Storage includes wardrobes and bed side cabinets.
Bedroom 3 features a floating kind size bed, sea views as well as dressing table and stool. Storage includes wardrobes with bedside tables.
The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a beautiful free-standing bath with shower attachment, walk-in shower, WC, and hand basin. Guests can also enjoy products by The Good Wash Company for that added sense of indulgence.
The utility room provides the ideal practical space for returning from the beach. Providing a large walk in shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, as well as a cold water and ice dispenser.
Dog friendly additions can also be located in the utility room which include dog towels as well as dog beds (two are provided).
Additional storage space can be located on the ground floor which provides the ideal space for hanging up coats.
First Floor:
As you walk up the stairs, you will be confronted by the incredible views towards the ocean. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room is the perfect space to spend time relaxing as a family as well as entertaining.
The kitchen area is the perfect place for home dining, although you may wish to arrange for our very own Michelin star chef to attend should you be celebrating a special occasion or simply to experience that ultimate sense of `indulgence`.
The kitchen benefits from two ovens, warm drawers, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Quooker tap, toaster, and espresso vertuo machine.
There are two dining areas which you can choose from, all linking from the kitchen. Choose from a more casual dining area with wrap around benches or the larger dining table which seats 8 and overlooks the living room and draws your gaze across to the sea and beyond.
The open plan living room benefits from two cosy and comfortable sofas, a single chair, and two large coffee tables. Guests can enjoy direct access on to the balcony from this area. Once you have emerged from the mesmerising views, you can choose to relax by playing games which can be located inside the cabinets or watching television. For cosy, winter nights, the stunning wood burner can be lit which will add to the ambience.
The master bedroom benefits from a floating super king size bed. Storage includes bedside tables, dressing table and stool. The sea views can be enjoyed from both the master bedroom and en-suite which features a luxury free standing bath overlooking the sea and countryisde beyond as well as large walk in shower, WC and hand basin.
The separate living room space `The Snug` allow guests a more intimate spaces where they can truly switch off and watch the world go by on Aberporth Beach and village. The large comfortable sofa is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy some people watching. Guests can also enjoy the TV and cosy wood burner.

Outside
Outdoor spaces include the balcony from the first floor as well as the garden area below. The out door area houses the hot tub overlooking the ocean as well as space for playing and relaxing.
The driveway which leads on to a shared drive has two car parking spaces and this area is monitored by CCTV. Guests will need to go through the electric gates in order to access the private drive and the property.
