Senior Perez doted on us at breakfasts (which were delicious) and was so kind - he even packed up a huge lunch for us to take hiking! When one of our excursions failed to pick us on on time, the front desk phoned the excursion company and when the driver did come, THREE staff members came out to scold him and even wrote down the license number for our added safety!
