“The staff were so kind and friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us. We arrived so late about 1am and they were waiting in the rain to help us with our luggage. The check in/check out procedure was very quick. The room we stayed in was the romantic double room with balcony overlooking the old town and city and river. It was beautiful. “This was an amazing hotel. The pictures were pretty accurate. The room was great! Even better than we thought based on the photos. The best part is that it's so close to the main tourist attractions. We barely had to use transportation, we just walked almost everyday. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Free laundry. Additionally, it offered ample space, and the presence of a bathtub was a significant advantage and fancy. On the other hand, I would like to mention that I was there for two days, and on both days, I encountered roaches. This was disappointing because, as I mentioned earlier, the hotel is quite upscale. “The property is located within a wholesale (clothing, shoes,curtains etc) therefore, expecting more traffics around the hotel but you can buy any products at WHOLESALE prices without haggling with the stores. And the local subway is just one block away to get around town with transfer within the subway. The hotel does Not have a proper entrance because it is located in an old building used to be a wholesale facility and it has converted into a hotel and it is located near a lot of MUST visits...
