“Housekeeping woke us up early by knocking on the door. She said nothing when I answered the door. The desk clerk said the housekeeper just wanted to clean the room. Not very respectful.”
“Early check in was great and appreciated however the toilet paper in our bathroom sink, the hair on the toilet and other dirt in the room leads to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly.”
“The overall experience was good. Hot tub jets weren’t working due to maintenance. The breakfast was good although a little chaotic. They have a waffle station, a hot food selection as well as cereal, cereals, fruit, etc. The cookies at check-in were hit with my husband. Our room was the king suite with balcony, which was a great room. There was a Jacuzzi tub, which would’ve been more enjoyable If the Jets didn’t keep shutting off after only two minutes however still a fabulous spacious room. I...
“Always fun staying here. Breakfast is good when we make it lol the pool and waterpark is fun. Nice parking lot. Good restaurant beside the hotel that's walking distance.
I love staying here when we can.
