“This was such a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was super and there were lots of food places right next to the hotel. The room was clean and the amenities were superb. The staff were also very wonderful! ”
“I like this place i go here pretty often when I need a 1 or 2 day stay, it's location next to Champlain mall plenty of restaurants and terminus/rem station Panama gives easy access to Montreal . It's cozy , tiny bathroom with a big tub and good water pressure the beds are not squeeky and comfortable wifi always works and AC is the best it's the old 70s under the window style AC and cools the room in seconds.

“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...
“We had a lovely stay, our shower head had steange pressure and rhe toilet wouldnt drain correctly but the issues were very quickly resolved thanks to the staff.
They were all very helpful and amazingly friendly. Would reccomend to anyone visiting ”
