3 nights in Carini

Amazing experience! We’ve never had such a welcoming, warm welcome. The apartment is in the heart of this charming historic town. We got lucky to be there during the 3 day celebration of the Crucifix with the whole town out celebrating. Apartment is very big and has absolutely everything. Hope to come back

Saubere, schöne Wohnung mitten in Carini

Die Wohnung war ein super Ausgangspunkt um den Norden und Westen der Insel zu erkunden. Roberto und Floriana haben uns herzlich empfangen und gaben uns tolle Reisetipps für die nächsten Tagen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Am Straßenrand gab es kostenlose Parkplätze. Für einen Ausflug nach Palermo empfehlen wir eindeutig den Zug zu nehmen. Er ist günstig, pünktlich und die Tickets sind problemlos vor Ort zu kaufen. Am Bahnhof gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Alles in allem hat uns die Urlaubswoche sehr gut gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt bei den äußerst gastfreundlichen Vermietern nur weiter empfehlen.

Sicily holiday

Most helpful hosts

The property is exactly as you see it on VRBO. It is spacious and sparklingly clean. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts Floriana and Roberto met us at the property, made excellent recommendations and did everything possible to enhance our stay. A few food items were stocked for our convenience. They were always available to answer questions, give suggestions , or help us in any way. Just steps from the historic square and castle the town square was an interesting place to have a coffee or beer and just people watch.

Fantastic apartment, Fabulous hosts!!!

Beautiful, spacious, grand apartment off the main piazza in Carini. It's difficult to describe the elegance of this lovely apartment. Even better than the apartment were our wonderful hosts, Floriana and Roberto, who must be the nicest people on the planet! Went out of their way to help us. We now feel we have family in Sicily.

Over the top hospitality

Floriana and Roberto were gracious in ensuring our comfort and directing us to all the points of interest in Carini to trace my father’s roots. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We were stocked well with water and basket of breakfast options and a Lavazza machine for espresso. We thoroughly enjoyed the salt water pool every day that we were there. We stayed for 3 days and I wish we had stayed longer.

This property felt like a palace inside

My wife and I had the best time with the hosts. They greeted us at the entrance, assisted with luggage, and gave us a full tour or the property. This was by far, the best VRBO experience we have had in the past 10 years.

Charming luxury apartment in great location

We had the nicest stay! Floriana and Roberto provided a beautifully appointed apartment with home-made cannolis and greeted us personally. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate to visit Sicily.

Carini/Palermo Vacation

We had an amazing time in Carini and highly recommend booking this apartment. The entry way is impressive! The location of the apartment is within walking distance to everything. Floriana and Roberto were fabulous hosts. They helped us by recommending beaches, restaurants and sights to visit. Roberto even booked a reservation for us at a Ledo at a nearby beach, which was fabulous!

Roberto and Floriana were wonderful hosts! Picking us up from the airport and touring us around. I cannot say enough good things about them! Th apartment was beautifully clean, and very luxurious! Historic house and area amazing! Walk to a castle and a beach. Steps away from a lovely church square wher locals gather to talk. 5 star stay!

The owners of this wonderful and spacious apartment were beyond hospitable in every way. Roberto and Floriana treated us like family cooking food for us and even transporting us to Palermo and to the airport and giving us a private tour of the highlights of the city. The location in Carini was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will surely return the next time we are in Sicily to see our new friends once again. I HIGHLY recommend this property!!!

A perfect retreat in the Palermo area

Wow! We were so lucky to spend a eeek here in the second half of October 2022. This is without a doubt one of the best deals we’ve ever found on VRBO! The place is palatial in its finishing and appointments, and was a perfect retreat for us away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Palermo. The apartment is well situated, just a few minutes’ walk from all the major amenities in central Carini. Parking was on the street, but we never had any problems, finding a spot just outside the apartment. Floriana and her husband were very attentive and helped us immediately with any questions or concerns we had. We arrived to find a fabulous array of snacks and essentials to hold us for the first day until we could go out shopping. We felt truly welcome, and would return here in an instant on our next trip to Sicily.

Es war unser erste Urlaub auf Sizilien und alles wie aus dem Bilderbuch! Die Gastgeber sind soo lieb! Sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns viele wertvolle Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gegeben. In der geräumigen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl und frei gefühlt. Top verblijf in super appartement

Geweldig appartement exact zoals beschreven en op de foto's. Bijzonder gastvrije verhuurders die je maar zelden tegen komt. Niets is ze te veel om het je naar de zin te maken. Bij de ontvangst staat de wijn al voor je klaar met een hartelijke welkomst boodschap. De eerste hapjes zijn al aanwezig en genoeg te eten voor 4 dagen ontbijt. Vanuit Carini kan je met de auto gemakkelijk de noordkust van Sicilië ontdekken. En naar dit bijzonder mooie appartement kom je graag weer terug. Een pluim voor Floriana en Roberto.

Amazing apartment

This condo is perfect if you want to stay in Palermo area. It is huge (2 floors), clean and kitchen is fully stuffed for your stay. There are very nice beaches in the national reserve area within 1 hour drive. The owners are awesome and are ready to help with any questions.

Quando la realtà supera le aspettative (alte)

Cominciamo dall'appartamento: da sogno, ancora più bello che in foto, spazioso, arredato con gusto, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno in vacanza. La cucina è altrettanto attrezzata e molto confortevole, così come la zona pranzo. La casa si trova nel centro storico di Carini, ma è facile parcheggiare; noi abbiamo sempre trovato posto davanti al portone di casa (ed era la settimana di Ferragosto). A due passi si possono trovare diversi minimarket e servizi vari. Merita sicuramente una visita il castello di Carini ed il suo meraviglioso belvedere. Il vero punto forte dell’appartamento sono, però, i due proprietari, Floriana e Roberto! Persone di una gentilezza, disponibilità e cuore così sono veramente rare da trovare! Un’accoglienza caldissima che ci ha subito messo a nostro agio, facendoci sentire coccolati e come tra amici. Il rovescio della medaglia è che…non volevamo più ripartire!! Consigliatissimo!!!
