âI can't begin to describe the incredible hospitality we experienced. From the very start, Aldo â who runs this amazing masseria â personally came to meet us and helped us find where to park. The rooms are simple but full of thoughtful details, beautifully combining Lecce's traditional stone style with modern and practical touches. âSo our stay was short due to cancelled flights but the boutique hotel is great. If you are from the US, you will find a hotel like this in the US. Very authentic Puglia architecture, in an old Plazzo; thus, the name. The staff bent over backwards for us bring up a very late night salad and Burrata when we got in at 1am in the morning,breakfast was outstanding. They drove us over to where our Duvine guides were picking us up. I wish we had a longer stay but highly recommend it.â

âThis hotel, or rather this palazzo, is a wonder of perfection! We loved everything, the heartily welcome, the room, the breakfast, the staff and last, but definitely not the least, the design. The smallest details are thought through and itâs beautiful, so beautiful. â
âPerfect location right on the edge of the old town. There is quite a lot of parking on the streets around but also a lot of cars, especially in the evening. The accommodation is absolutely fantastic. We had a large room with a high ceiling with many nice details in the interior. Everything felt fresh and new.â

âThe staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance â

âI had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. It was close to restaurants, shops, and just around the corner from the Basilica di Santa Croce. âThis is a very nice place to stay, conveniently located in the Old Town. Our suite was spacious and very clean. As is often the case in Italy, the balcony is more decorative than functional, which was true here as well. We decided to use the rooftop terrace for a glass of wine in the late evening. Our only critique is that there should have been some lighting available. The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay.â
