Nestled in the heart of Carlsbad Village, this charming furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom town-home sits across the street from the beach and steps to the crosswalk to the beach access. Located within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village. The spacious floor plan has a beautiful open concept kitchen and living room, a deck to enjoy watching the sunset on the Pacific Ocean, a private two-car garage, and a great outdoor space to enjoy time outside entertaining, this town-home is family-friendly! The living room has comfortable, oversize furniture with HDTV and cable TV. There is also free WiFi included. You'll even have beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards available.

Spacious condo by the sand

We loved the rental. It 's location was perfect for going down to the sand and water. . We did not cook in, but there was everything you needed for cooking. We loved this place and if we go back to that area we would certainly rent it again. There we boogie boards, chairs etc. for our use.

Great location

Great location, homey unit. Could use upgrades on toilets, child height, and primary bath/shower, hard to get into. Additions could include a cutting board in the kitchen and adult size hangers in all the closets. Stairs could be a safety hazard for some.

Great family location

Great location!! We were able to walk to almost everything. Very clean and had everything we needed. Large, open living area was great for our family to hangout and relax. The neighborhood felt very safe, friendly, and active. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our needs

Christmas at the Beach

We had a great stay! The property came with everything you could ever need. The patio was a little disheveled and umbrella was broken so we didn’t really use it but the upstairs porch was very nice! Thank goodness there was a heater because we were pretty freezing when we first arrived it was very foggy and chilly. Not much instructions on how those work but they did have one thank goodness. The location was so spectacular we could walk to the beach in just two minutes and the kids loved it. We will definitely come back to stay again!

We Loved Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Carlsbad. This property had everything one could ask for in a beach vacation. Close proximity to the beach, ocean view, 3 good size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open floor plan with large living room and kitchen, a 2 car garage, a nice patio and yard, an outdoor shower, beach toys, lots of towels, great appliances (I want them at my own house), and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Anyone looking for a great place to stay in Carlsbad this is a great option! We hope to make it back next summer!

You are right at the beach.

Very easy to rent this property. Check in and out was a breeze. Only wish that the fire pits worked. There was no way to turn the corner fire pit on and the free standing one didnt work because the on /off knob was broken.

Beach Easy

The property is very nice. The condo is really only a block to the beach which makes spending the day there very convenient—can grab snacks and beverages or take a break from the sun with ease. There is a busy road between the condo and the beach which may bother some travelers. Also, short walk to downtown Carlsbad and restaurants. The weekly Farmers Market provided a tasty dinner one evening. Thank you!

Great location and great beach house!

Perfect location! Went for a beach vacation with the family and everyone loved it! House was perfect for our family of 7. Only very minor things that needed to be fixed (I told the property mgt company so they can be fixed) but nothing that affected our stay while we were there. There were some surf boards and beach gear in the garage to use. We will be staying there again.

Great large beach house

This is a great 2 story home across the street from the beach. Everything was perfect. The only downside was the listing picture showed direct access to the beach. Instead it is down 3 fights of stairs. Usually not an issue. Difficult with little ones though.

the exhaust fans in the bathrooms did not work. The lower level has a musky smell (maybe due to the recent weather?) more explicit instructions for the TVs would be nice. there were no trash bags. there was only one packet of dishwasher soap. The unit was very clean and the location is really great.
