I also would like to apologize for the way our staff did not properly explain how the credit or debit process works. When using a debit card for incidentals which is just an authorization hold, the process takes just a few days longer to go back into your account than it would when using a credit card. I would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can go over all of these issues you encountered with Gaby and properly retrain her, so this does not occur again.
