“Perfect stay for a ASU graduation. Only down fall were the beds... not to comfy”

“1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7. “The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Beds were good. The whole place smelled clean, the lobby and the rooms. There is a pretty good breakfast buffet, but waffles are the only hot food. They do run a little "store" at the front desk with snacks and microwavable items. There are no amenities though. No pool or weight room. Easy access to the highway. For just a quick overnight stay where all you're looking to do is sleep, you really can't do better.”

“Good comfortable place to stay. Staff was great. They deserve to be recognized. ”

“Pool had rust in it and pretty dirty. Tub was pretty dirty looking but overall we had a good stay. Staff was nice especially the breakfast lady and one of the cleaning guys. Lots of restaurants around the area. Probably wouldn’t book again just bc we went for the indoor pool and seeing the shape it was in. ”

“Staff was not helpful. Bed was terrible. It was listed as a queen, but the bed was clearly a full. I went down to the lobby and asked if I could pay for an upgrade and I was told that my room was already a queen and there was nothing they could do. Worse bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. The hotel hallways stunk bad. If I could rate this place a zero star i would ”

“The staff was courteous. Big soccer weekend and soccer mom’s were taking all the snacks that should have been guests breakfast. Older, could use new carpet in the elevator, but overall served our needs. ”

“Bathtub did not drain took about 30 minutes after a bath to drain there was toothpaste on the bathtub edge that we did not put there. There was painters tape left on the walls from previous painting. There was a sanitation warning on at the conference room so there was no breakfast Will never ever stay there again. ”

“I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins.
