The furnishings in our rooms are actually only about 5-years old and were chosen for their "traditional" feel and to be unlike anything you would find in modern hotel rooms. Without exception, every single room on our property has CA King size beds and a fireplace. Our pool has always been "seasonal" and we actually chose this year's mid-winter season to do our Pool Facelift. We're sorry you were not properly advised of our "seasonal" policy when making your reservation. Because your stay coincided with a rainstorm, we were not able to light the firepits. It is always our desire to make our guests comfortable and happy and we're sorry we were unable to meet your expectations.

We tried very hard to grant your many requests and we're sorry you had a bad experience. There is only one hotel in the valley that currently has AC and we're all trying to do so given the recent weather changes. We actually do have air conditioning in some rooms and will be completing our installs in all rooms soon.

We're really sorry about the need for an early check-in fee. With lingering limited staff availability, and as many requests for late check-outs as we get for early check-ins both of which leave no time to clean a room, we find it necessary to charge extra for both early check-ins and late check-outs. We hope that as things settle back to normal again, the need for these charges will go away. We hope we met your expectations otherwise.
