4. Use of outdoor kitchen is prohibited under the Placer County Short-Term Rental Ordinance, there is a propane grill available for guest use.
5. Only one buoy is available for renter use.
6. Pier is shared with the neighbors next door.
7. The boat lift on the pier is not available for renter use.
