2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. 4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
4. The guest studio can only be accessed from a separate outdoor entrance.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
