☆ Like most homes in Lake Tahoe we do not have air conditioning.
☆ We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to Lake Tahoe such as poor air quality during wildfire season and snow during the winter months. We recommend 4WD, chains, or snow tires in the winter and if you would like to protect your trip for reasons not covered by Airbnb’s policies, we recommend the purchase of external trip insurance in the event your travel plans change or you need to cancel. Our cancellation policy will stand.
☆ Our home is located on North Lake Blvd which can be noisy during peak months.
☆ Two of our bedrooms feature cozy trundle beds. Trundle beds are best suited for children or young adults.

Please note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are far and few between, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try and accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
