The main cabin includes 3BD/2BA, updated kitchen and bathrooms, high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Relax and hangout with family and friends while enjoying the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Soak up the sierra sun and bbq on the expansive wrap around deck! The in-law quarters includes 2BD/1BA and allows for privacy and separation from the main cabin. Double sinks in the bathroom and high ceilings throughout, this completely updated space is great for multiple families and larger groups.



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.

Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
