The name says it all, "Blue Oceanfront Retreat" is an oasis on the beach! This two bedroom, two bathroom 1st floor condo is beautifully styled as an ocean paradise.

Only one set of stairs takes you up to the entrance of the property. As you enter, you walk into the open concept, living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and a beautiful grey subway tile backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need during your stay! The dining table provides a place for the whole group to gather together to eat a meal. The living room is styled beautifully with blue accents and has a gorgeous view of the ocean through the sliders. The deck off of the living room has outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. There is also a storage box for your beach items.

Down the hall, you will find the first bathroom with a shower and spacious vanity and then the nautical themed Queen bedroom. The primary bedroom continues this theme and has a King bed. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and access to a small back deck.

Carolina Beach has so many activities to keep the whole family entertained that you will want to keep coming back year after year. This is one of the few places in NC that allows driving on the beach in summertime - you are allowed to drive on the North end beach at Freeman Park, if you have the city pass and a 4WD vehicle. You'll also be close to the pier for great fishing, a cool beverage, and perhaps some storytelling about the one that got away.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
