Livet blir inte mycket bättre än det här. Condo har ett stort kombinations kök och vardagsrum. Koka middag och njut av havet samtidigt. Njut av din familjens mat i matbordet och på din täckta balkong. Nyligen ombyggda detta hem har två sovrum och två badrum och har WiFi, grundläggande kabel, tilldelad parkering för en bil och privat strand tillgång direkt bakom byggnaden. Denna fastighet har ingen kabel, men har direktuppspelning på Hulu live

Pleasure Island erbjuder många attraktioner både naturliga och kommersiella. Det finns en mängd restauranger från vardagliga till mer exklusiva menyer med färska skaldjur specialiteter dagligen. Våra charterbåtar som ligger vid hamnen i hjärtat av Carolina Beach erbjuder charterfiske både (in-shore och deep sea). North Carolina Aquarium och Fort Fisher History Museum ligger strax längs vägen vid södra änden av ön. Akvariet är en stor familjupplevelse och har olika utställningar och evenemang på regelbunden basis. Från akvariet kan du också få tillgång till tidvattenmassor och njuta av alla naturliga djur och växter. Ta ett steg tillbaka i tiden och turnera Ft. Fisher History Museum och lära sig om områdets historia under inbördeskriget. På vintern finns det även en levande reenactment av det sista slaget vid fortet. I samma område hittar du Ft. Fisher till Southport färja. Det är jättekul att ta en tur på färjan för en dagstur till historiska Southport för några antikviteter och lunch på floden. Om du gillar surffiske kan du komma åt södra änden av Ft. Fisher från Ft. Fisher Rekreationsområde med 4 hjul eller till fots. Det finns också tillgång till 4-hjulsdrift i norra änden av Carolina Beach vid Freeman Park. Carolina Beach State Park ligger på västra sidan av ön erbjuder miles av vackra naturliga vandringsleder, kajakpaddling och fiske. Du kan även hyra en pontonbåt och tillbringa en dag på vattnet som besöker öar och kärr. Under sommarsäsongen finns rider på Carolina Beach Boardwalk för barnen samt torsdag natt fyrverkerier med levande underhållning. Familjenatt är tisdag med speciell underhållning för barnen. På Carolina Beach Lake (som är närmaste sötvattensjö till havet på östra kusten) finns det en fri utomhusfamiljfilm på söndagskvällen och en fantastisk Farmer s Market på lördag morgon. Kom till semestern och njut av ön av ljus! Sjön och strandpromenaden är dekorerad med ljus och julöverraskningar med alla slags underhållning för barnen. Det finns så mycket roligt på Pleasure Island året runt. Kom och se oss snart!

Perfect Spot for a Carolina Beach getaway

The condo was nice, clean, and convenient to walk to the boardwalk and pier. My adult children and I enjoyed are stay. They loved it and will book a stay in the future. The check-in and out process was easy. The kitchen was adequate (the stove is just about an inch or two too deep so, the drawers could not open all the way because they hit the oven door.

Short walk to the ocean

We loved how close it was to the ocean . The only thing was parking every condo had 2 to 3 cars and parking spaces we only had one we had to park one of our cars 20 minutes away at Walmart there was no reason we couldn’t of parked to 2 cars in our space.

Fun Vacation

We had a great time staying at this property. The pictures and description matched the property exactly! I wish the weather had been a bit warmer but that is nothing that can be predicted ahead of time. We were able to walk to the boardwalk area for dinner, shopping and daily ice cream. Local restaurants were amazing. The beach area right out of our condo was beautiful. Hearing the waves each evening from the balcony was just the peaceful background noise I needed to read my books.

Wonderful Stay

My husband had to travel out of town during Spring Break so I decided to bring my kids to the beach myself and found this wonderful condo. My kids loved it from the second we walked in. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/ cooking utensils... there was even a small air fryer in one of the cabinets. The rental company was great, very easy to work with. The location was awesome, super simple to get on and off the beach. It was very clean when we got there. The beds are what you would expect in a rental. Not all that soft but I slept just fine. I like to try and keep the sand under control so I swept a lot, a new dustpan would be good. And there were plenty of plates and cups but I do wish there had been a few plastic ones for my youngest to use. But I can't even really characterize those as complaints, just suggestions. The pictures are very accurate. I would definitely stay here again. :)

Perfect Pretty Place

Think about what you want in a vacation getaway. You'd like clean beds and furniture, clean kitchen and refrigerator, plenty of towels and linen, right? This little 2 Bed, 2 Bath escape right on the beach had exactly that. Conveniently located inear restaurants, nightlife, thrift stores, grocery stores and the marina. Cannot stop bragging about "our beach house" because it became hime away from home while we were there! 5 stars!

Family Vacation

We had a great time staying in this condo on Carolina Beach. Easy, private beach access was a big plus. The condo was very accurately listed, and had new appliances in the kitchen which was nice. The only issue we had was that the floors were not super clean when we checked in, and there was sand on the floor. Overall it was a great experience and we would rent this unit again.

Overall great stay

It was our first time at Carolina beach and overall it was a great stay! The check in and out process was pretty simple. The location is great and very easy access to the beach. There a store across the street within walking distance that has good coffee and food. The place was clean and updated enough to have a nice stay. Only complaint is the living room seating was very limited. We had 4 people and it was pretty tight to all sit in the living room if we were watching tv. The parking area is pretty tight just beware. There is a parking lot close by that our friends parked at for the week that was $100 for a week parking pass. I messaged the seller before our trip to ask about additional parking but i never heard anything back but luckily it was pretty simple to find. Overall it was a good first time stay at Carolina beach.

Great Location!

The check in process was super easy, fast, and friendly! The property was as advertised. Basic and clean. You can see the ocean and beautiful sunrise and sunset from your balcony, but not the entire beach. We liked only being one floor up since there are no elevators. With two small kids and one on the way, this made frequent trips back to the condo more doable. Parking was easy at the condo for paying residents. However there were people not authorized to use the parking area using it during the day to access our private beach access. The gate to the beach access was broken and apparently this was known to the wider community. The beach itself was clean and broad. Lots of room to spread out without feeling like you are sitting right on top of others. My only real complaint which isn’t the fault of the condo owner/property manager is there is virtually no free parking anywhere in town. Getting to the heart of Carolina beach to visit the carnival (which was not operating because they didn’t have people to work it) or restaurants is almost impossible. Fortunately, we were close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go (with .5 miles of most places). Parking was around $7 an hour and as high $14 in some places. We recommend doing your research on this before coming for sure. Overall very satisfied. My family had a wonderful last vacation as a family of 4!

Great property but the Real estate company was annoying

I loved the condo - the property was great (could have had more parking) but the real estate company was a bit annoying. We had to actually go to their office to pick up a paper parking pass. When we called them to ask about additional parking, the agent on the phone hung up on me (on purpose). No complaints about the property but if I had known it was rented through a company I may have considered a different property.

The property was at a great location right on the beach and a short distance to stores and sights. The unit could use a good deep clean, especially the kitchen. Numerous dishes were not clean and the cupboards and drawers themselves were not clean. There were even 2 dishes that looked like they were put away with no attempt to clean them at all.

Condo was clean & cozy. Close to everything. Kitchen had everything needed to cook . I slept well in the bed. Nice sized balcony which we used a lot. Nice new walkway to the beach, very sturdy. If I have any complaints it would be to have more soap available or either a regular sized bar. (Only stayed 3 nights so maybe that’s why) We would recommend this condo. Host responded very quickly to any questions as well. The 1 minute walk to the beach was as described & was awesome to be so close. It was a nice anniversary stay. Thumbs up.

2 month get away

Love the big balcony! Unfortunately being on the first level view of the beach is limited due to the dunes. Spacious living area, nice size bedrooms. Easy check in process, only one parking spot for this location. Did utilize the open lot next door for extra parking when we had guests. Decent price for having it rented for 2 months! Overall great stay.

Please read this current review

I was a bit hesitant about our stay given the review just three weeks prior. The previous review complained of missing light bulbs, dirty dishes and furniture, as well as both the inside and outside of the refrigerator. I called the management and was reassured that units are thoroughly cleaned and light bulbs, etc were dealt with promptly by maintenance. Upon our arrival, I couldn’t have been more pleased. While not new, the furniture was not dirty. The unit was spotless and despite being prepared with toilet paper, dish detergent, hand and bath soaps and paper towels- those were supplied for at a minimum of a few days stay. The beds were comfortable and the comforters were soft and cozy. The location is right at the beach with a private boardwalk access right there. The beach was beautiful and there were many choices for quick meals nearby, grocery and Wilmington was a short drive away. My only complaint, which is not a reflection of the unit owner, was that the interior walk up is carpeted and has an unpleasant smell in the hallway. This does not affect the unit itself. I would definitely stay here again.

Starting with the exterior, it is deteriorated, with plastering and peeling paint. The access door is terribly dirty, as well as the stairs that lead to the unit, whose door is equally dirty. The interior does not break this continuity, the dirty upholstery, the few knives and forks were stored without previously washing, that is, with food remains from the previous occupants, the refrigerator dirty outside and inside, the hallway bathroom has a support for the towels semi fallen. Light bulbs not working..... They really have an expert who manages their website, who transforms the photos of this almost mousetrap into a place that one is interested in choosing. We could say that this is all, but no, they have something magnificent, a beautiful beach that nature has given them. Good luck for it!!!!!!

Only trouble we experienced was figuring out how to get into the building. Too many locks and numbers to remember. Should tell guests the door does not automatically lock when you close it.
