Denna två sovrum, 2 badrums lägenhet ligger i en havsfront byggnad i den eftertraktade Sand Pebbles Complex som erbjuder två pooler, privat strand tillgång och två parkeringsplatser per enhet. Njut av din morgonjava på balkongen och lyssna på de rullande vågorna innan du tar bara några steg till stranden för att känna sanden under tårna!

Förändring av ägande år 2017 har enheten A8 sett många nya renoveringar med mer framöver. Boka nu för att utnyttja vårt inledande säsongspris.

2018 uppdateringar inkluderar alla nya sovrumsmöbler, madrasser och sängkläder för att matcha en charmig havsutsikt. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, uppdaterat badrum, och kabel-TV. Sovrum # 2 erbjuder 3 extra sängar med en tvilling-över-våningssäng, och en extra dubbelsäng komplett med rulla lagring och Roku TV. Det finns gott om plats för komfort. Vardagsrummets fullstora bäddsoffa erbjuder ett annat sovande alternativ intill utgående balkongen med havsutsikt.

Även om du kommer att vara bara några steg från Carolina Beachs främsta restauranger och underhållning, erbjuder denna enhet ett fullt utrustat kök med alla nya apparater år 2018. Njut av en familjemiddag runt matbordet på gårdsstil med plats för 6 personer.

Ägarens rekommendationer för ditt besök:

-Historisk Fort Fisher och North Carolina Aquarium på Fort Fisher, en kort 10 minuters bilresa bort.

Ta en kort promenad ner till stranden till Ocean Grill och Tiki Bar för en bit att äta och ett uppfriskande dryckesortiment.

-Ha i motsatt riktning upp till stranden för att njuta av Carolina Beach Boardwalk med fyrverkerier varje torsdag under sommaren, vilket tillåter vädret.

The property was very nice and the location was close to the beach, the pool, and a short walk from the boardwalk area and any other place we wanted to go. We didn’t drive our car for five days at one point. The condo is spacious enough for a family of 5. We really liked the town and places we went out to eat as well. Felt like it was still a local community that had not been taken over by the tourism industry yet. Only thing that caught us off guard were many places were cash only or added a 3.5% surcharge if using the credit card, so we regret not bringing more cash.

Cozy Beach Stay

The condo was very clean and decorated so nice. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Loved the extra touches, like the binder with information about the local area and extra beach chairs, toys. Beach access was perfect! Check in was a breeze, checkout was easy as well.Highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

Super nice

Great time in Carolina Beach! 1st time visitors and we will be back. The condo was so convenient to the pool, the ocean, food-you name it. Wonderful little community as the natives were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying with the Cram's you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The condo is beautifully decorated, relaxing and perfectly located with enough space for our family. Well stocked with kitchen items as well as beach chairs, mats, etc for great beach days. We love that we can walk straight out to the beach or the pool. Perfect Location

So impressed with this rental. It had everything needed, including beach chairs and umbrella. Super clean. Location is perfect. Plenty of food and ice cream shops directly across the street. Boardwalk is less than a five minute drive or a 15 minute walk.

Beautiful condo

This condo was perfect. Super easy check-in process, no need to travel to a rental office. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great view of pool and ocean. Easy beach access. Walking distance to many great restaurants and Carolina Beach Boardwalk. The master bedroom TV wasn’t working and the owners were super responsive and had a replacement the following morning. The beach area outside the complex was not crowded, lots of space to toss a football. You can tell the owners take pride in their unit.

Sisters Beach Trip

The condo was very convenient for us to go the beach. My one sister and I went every morning to the beach for sunrise and a walk. They were wonderful. All instructions for check in were very easy. Great Condo!

We had a great family vacation! First time staying at this condo but won't be our last. Such a nice, spacious condo - plenty of room for our family. Had everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. There were a lot of cars but parking never seemed to be an issue for us. We did need to communicate with the owners for a very small issue but they were very nice and responsive. Highly recommended!!

Perfect!!!!

Beautiful remodeled condo. Owners are wonderful. We felt at home with all of the amenities that the owners provide. Beautiful oean view from deck, private beach access and pool. Sand Pebbles is family friendly and residents and guests were all so nice. Another plus is the condo is just up one set of stairs, making it easy to and unload. Condo is beautiful and very clean. We have stayed twice and will book again.

Perfect location, beautiful condo

The proximity to both the pools and beach is perfect!! Literally just a few steps away. We didn't even need our beach cart. The condo is just like the photos - very nicely updated! Also, I really appreciated having 2 drying racks. The keyless entry was nice, and parking was easy despite it being a busy summer week. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

This rental is wonderful! From start to finish it was a perfect stay for our family of 4 and my mother. The condo is exactly as advertised and yet felt like more, the balcony was our favorite spot to congregate in the mornings and evening as a group and solo with that first perfect cup of coffee and a book. The beds were comfortable and my children loved the bunk! There was even a supply of beach toys/supplies in the 2nd bedroom closet that wasn't mentioned in the AD (but we made very good use of in the pool!) The location of the condo cannot be overlooked either, both the location in the complex which was right over the pool, super convenient for bathroom runs with the kids, to the actual location of the complex itself which is right across the street from an amazing little local restaurant called "The Spot" where we ate 4 out of 6 nights! The atmosphere of the whole area is just beyond description and I highly recommend it!
