Plus, one extra mattress in the closet and a pack n play.



Our expansive oceanfront pool deck is designed for families to relax and reconnect: plentiful chaise lounge seating, and a custom made oversized picnic table will have you relaxing pool side whenever you aren't playing in the waves. An outdoor hot water shower under the house helps control sand and freshens you up after a swim. You will enjoy a private entry  and private elevator to every floor. There are a few steps from the parking area up to the pool: the all-weather private boardwalk features a ramp down to the sand, with friction plates installed for ease of wheeling down to the beach with only two bottom steps. Embrace indoor-outdoor living on three full width decks that will delight you with breathtaking ocean front views and the peaceful sound of waves at this gorgeous oceanfront duplex. Perfect for multi generational families, you can spread out through ten bedrooms; six of them have ensuite baths, and every bedroom except for the kids bunkrooms has a porch or balcony! Extra bedding is available for overnight guests. Tongue and groove ceilings make this well built home unique.



TV: Living Room TV has Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+. All TV's are SMART or have Roku.

Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:  

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pool Notice:

Our pool is open and maintained year round. Generally, it is too cold to swim on our island after October and before May. Optional pool heating may be purchased with advance notice of at least a week for the cost of $110/day. Should you choose this option, pool heating is applied for every day of your stay.



Pet Policy: No pets allowed.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat.
