The villa is in a contemporary architectural style, with simple and clean lines.
From the veranda you enter the house, into a spacious living area furnished with modern kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room with fireplace.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and direct exit to pool area, plus 1 quadruple room with two bunk beds. A second shower room completes the interior.
All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort.
The pool has a depth of 1.5 meters and is level-free. Four uncovered parking spaces are available within the property.

The vacation villa is located in country districts of the territory of Carovigno, in the province of Brindisi, a residential area from which the first beaches can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
The town of Carovigno is about 6 km away. The villa`s location makes it possible to explore the most beautiful villages of the Valle d`Itria and the area, with Ostuni reachable in just 15 minutes by car.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
