Villa Le Zille is a characteristic and welcoming two-story age-old farm house in a quiet position, surrounded by the Apulian countryside. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Le Zille you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. Villa Le Zille is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Carpignano Salentino, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards), a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles) and the closest beach (Alimini beach) at 10.5 km (roughly 6.5 miles).
You will reach Villa Le Zille from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Le Zille you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by awnings. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 220 square meters (2370 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 4000 square meters (43000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate 16 guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through three French doors. The room also has three small high arched windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an age-old fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include an armchair and a wood bench. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
