Neptune's Retreat 2 BD on the Beach

Get ready to kick back and relax on the beach at Neptune's Retreat in Carpinteria. Located directly on the sand of Carpinteria State beach and just a block from Linden Ave, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will have you in paradise throughout the day and night. Enjoy a break from the beach in the open living room or cook a meal in the beautiful kitchen with a glimpse of the ocean catching your eye. Neptune's Retreat has a washer and dryer and is fully stocked with items you need for your days in the sunshine.

THE SPACE

1ST BEDROOM- This bedroom has a king sized bed with an attached bathroom and a dresser and a closet to hang your clothes. There are two 4” floor sleeping mats in the closet area. This room has a TV and has a door that leads to the side alleyway.

2ND BEDROOM - The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a TV.

BATHROOMS- There are two bathrooms, one is attached to the main bedroom and the other is in the hallway next to the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms have standing showers with glass doors, a toilet and a sink. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

LIVING ROOM- Cozy up in the living room on the L shaped couch. There is a TV with cable and the ability to stream Netflix and other streaming services. There are local magazines for you as well. The kitchen table that seats up to 4 people is in the living room as well as 4 stools at the counter.

THE KITCHEN- Cook up some delicious meals in this fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, BBQ tools and all your basic kitchen needs. We have a drip coffee pot. Coffee is not provided but sometime there are coffee grounds available.

LAUNDRY- There is laundry in the hall closet. Detergent is not always provided but if it’s there, feel free to help yourself. The iron is located in the closet as well.

PARKING- You have two provided parking spots in the gated parking area. The space for both cars is numbered 5. Guests are asked to park on the street.

PATIO- There is a shared patio with other units. There are two gas BBQs (they are hooked up to the building so no need to get propane) and picnic tables for you to use during your trip.

WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT- The home is set up with high speed wifi. The router is located in the cabinet next to the fridge, The TV is set up with cable and is able to stream shows and movies from your Netflix and other steaming services.

BEACH GEAR- The house is located on the beach so we are happy to provide our guests with boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for all your beach needs. We ask you do not leave any items on the beach and bring everything back to the storage unit when not in use.

FAQ

DO YOU ALLOW LUGGAGE DROP-OFF OR CAR PARKING FOR EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES?

No, we cannot be responsible for your personal belongings or have our cleaning crew interrupted while preparing the house.

HOW CLOSE IS THE BEACH?

The building is located directly on the sand of Carpinteria State Beach.

CAN WE BRING PETS/ANIMALS?

Sorry we do not allow pets or animals in the home. Our HOA does not allow us to accept pets/animals. The owner has severe allergies to animals so unfortunately we cannot accept any animals in the home.  

WHY DONT YOU COLLECT SECURITY DEPOSIT?

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with insurance protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. **Carpinteria is a non-smoking town and you can be ticketed.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

3. NO PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS without prior approval from Host.

4. MAXIMUM 5 OVERNIGHT GUESTS

-This includes 2+ years-old kids

6. QUIET HOURS are 10 pm – 7 am Please be respectful of neighbors.

7. All rentals are subject to terms and conditions found on our website. If you reserve a property through us, you agree to the terms and conditions on our site.

8. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

If a violation is reported against any of the rules, or should we get any complaints from the HOA, guests:

-will be required to pay the fines

-may be asked to vacate the premises without refund for the remaining days of the scheduled stay
