Family-Focused Beach Bungalow Steps from the Beach with Resort Pool

Family-focused single-level 4/2 home with garage on untouched St. Teresa coastline with resort-style community pool at SummerCamp Beach. Gentle surf and 750 acres of conservation land. Explore tide pools, sandbars, and long walks at sunset.

This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida. We ask all of our guests to complete an ID upload and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking. Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.

This is a fun, family-friendly community. Bikes, golf carts, roller skates, scooters are welcome! The community resort area and pool has places you can congregate and there are bathrooms, showers, and lockers. To reach the beach, turn left out of the house, walk past two houses, and take the sand trail down to the beach. There are several other trails and beach areas in the community- explore the ones you like best!


You'll be given codes to the home, locker rooms, and pool for your stay.

Our home has everything you need for a comfortable family stay!
The two front bedrooms have queen beds.
The back bedroom has a king bed and it's own bathroom.
The hall bedroom has 2 triple bunkbeds- space for up to 6 kids! We do not recommend adult-sized humans sleep on the bunk beds. The bottom floor bunks are fine, but they are not ideal for a bigger person.
There is a smart TV in the primary bedroom in the back and the main TV is the Epson projector
There is a firepit outside.


You're walking distance to the beach from the house. There is a magnet on the refrigerator with a golf cart company that delivers to the area if you're interested!

Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
Leave sandy shoes outside on front porch. No sand in the house. We like to rinse off in the outside shower.
The bunkbeds aren’t for roughhousing-the slats are fragile. Adults and big/older kids on the bottom bunks only.
No smoking or vaping inside.
Bears are a real problem. Don’t leave any food in your car or outside. Make sure all trash goes in the trash cans and the bear box is shut tight.
