The home is elevated approximately 25 feet above sea level and requires climbing one flight of stairs to reach the main entrance. There is no elevator.

Because the property features direct waterfront access, elevated decks, and a private dock, children should be supervised at all times. Guests should also use caution around the water, as tides, weather, and marine wildlife can change quickly.
