On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with an open-space concept, where all the guests of this villa can comfortably share countless moments of relaxation. This floor is completed by a completely equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The perfectly maintained garden welcomes a peculiar piano-shaped private pool, as well as an outdoor kitchen and a pergola with a fantastic outdoor dining area.
