âUnfortunately the Fairfield Inn & Suites called 1 day before arrival to inform us that they had overbooked. A transfer was arranged to another hotel, the Best Western Plus Olean (a bit further than expected). The Best Western Plus turned out to be good, clean and with excellent service. However, to give credit to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot, they did their best to arrange a smooth transfer to the Best Western Plus despite the overbooking.â
âThe hotel was a perfect fit for our family. We will be staying there frequently over the next couple years. They are going through some renovations, so we are excited to see when they are done. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was a little cold, thatâs the only thing that I would say could be changed. The free breakfast was also pretty good. There was something for everyone to eat.
We are looking forward to staying here again next month!â
