  • Denna lägenhet är ungefär 1300 kvadratmeter och har fantastisk utsikt över Lake Tahoe och bergen från alla rum. Fastigheten ligger i North Lake Tahoe i vackra Incline Village på kullarna vid Bitterbrush II-komplexet med en 5-minuters bilresa till sjön, marknaderna och Hyatt-anläggningen och 3 minuters bilresa till skidorten Diamond Peak. NorthStar-skidorten ligger 15-20 minuter bort, Mount Rose ligger 15 minuter bort och skidorter och kasinon i South Tahoe är 20-30 minuter bort.

    Den två våningar har ett bifogat bilgarage samt en carport. Det rymmer upp till 6 personer (2 drottningssängar i de 2 identiska sovrummen och en bäddsoffa med drottning i vardagsrummet). Bäddsoffan är bra för barn.

    Dessa lägenheter har en öppen spis och är utrustad med en 46 'platt-TV med skålen service, WiFi, DVD-spelare, stereo + CD-spelare boom box, Wii Game Console och TV-skärm i sovrummet, köksapparater, disk, köksredskap, kokkärl, krukor, brädspel, uppblåsbart babybad, etc. Badrummen har avancerade hotellfaciliteter som täcker alla dina grundläggande behov. Enheten har också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med tvättmedel och mjukgörare i garaget.

    Observera att sovrummen och badrummen ligger på andra våningen och bostadsyta och kök på 3: e våningen. Det finns cirka 14 steg för att nå varje nivå.

Very convenient location with views of the lake. In addition, very close to Diamond Peak Ski, we could see the lifts at Diamond Peak Ski Resort we used during the day. Enjoyed our stay in this clean house with both easy access to ski and also to the beach on the same day.

The location was fabulous!! We slept like babies each night… the beds were so comfortable… coffee each morning with the lake on one side and mountain slopes on the other…. What a perfect set up!! Amazing!!

Short visit

Needs a little updating, but clean, very functional with beautiful views. We had lots of snow yet the driveway and carport were clear and easily accessible. Host communication was excellent. Would stay again.

Amazing views and no concerns

The rental process was super easy, fast communication from the owner and the location was superb. The ammentitietes was highly appreciated, made it so much easier on or long trip. Only one issue, and that was the mobile data connection when we arrived - had to connect to vrbo to get the pin code, since we didn't think about writting it down - the celluar had issues getting data connection - but walking a bit around made it happend :)

Beautiful townhouse, nice stay

The space is perfect for two adult couples or couples with (adult) children. We enjoyed the sunset views, quick access to amenities (Kings Beach) and Sand Harbor which is my favourite beach. Although it’s 3 storey (stairs), so not wheelchair accessible? But otherwise, Would recommend if budget allows.

Beautiful stay!

We had a lovely stay, during one of Tahoe’s biggest storms. Our host was incredibly accommodating and communicative with storm updates, and how that may affect power, etc. The host was incredibly kind to make an exception for us to bring our dog. The house was very clean and beautiful! It was way more spacious than we expected. It’s in a prime location, and the neighbors were all very friendly and our dogs enjoyed meeting their dogs when we took them for walks. The beds were very comfortable, and the heat worked great! We loved the fire place and enjoying tea on the cozy couch. We couldn’t recommended this place more! The hosts clearly care about their space. We had everything we needed to make meals and feel very safe and comfortable. Thank you!

Perfect Location

The location of the property was perfect for us. The view is outstanding. Our contact person, Eli, was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to our emails. The interior and exterior lighting was good. The property is mostly clean, however, overdue for some updates It appears that the property is being marginally maintained and overdue for some capital improvements. Our suggestion is to update the bathrooms and kitchen and replace the carpeting and windows. Maintenance issues: The kitchen water pressure is low, the balcony deck is in need of repair, the shower/tub caulking could use some attention, and the television in the bedroom is not functioning.

Clean, but needs a few updates.

The property is clean, but the first thing you notice is a stained rug as you walk in. There are a lot of stairs, and many scuffs on the walls. We liked the location and there is a view of the lake from the deck, but the deck needs repaired as some boards were loose and there were nails sticking up. There is an area to park, but it is very tight. We own a Subaru Outback and could not open the doors on both sides of the car. I had to let the passengers out before I parked, so I could park and get out of the drivers side. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property if a few things were updated.

Nice location in Incline Village

Property was an ideal spot for our extended weekend visit to a small family celebration in Incline Village, only 5-10 minutes away. Rooms were spacious, very clean and tidy, kitchen well furnished with cook and dish ware. Bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and showers with bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. Pillows have seen better days. Initially there was difficulty in accessing the tv however Elie responded quickly and resolved the situation. Very responsive owner.

A Shakespeare Getaway

I rented this property for two main reasons; it was close to the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival in Sand Harbor, and it had 2 master bedrooms/baths. The property was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It had a wonderful view of the lake so I would have my first cup of coffee on the deck and watch as the sun came up...not a bad way to start the day.

Incline Village Condo!

Overall great experience with Owner and the property was just as described. All the comforts of home were there. We just bought our food and drinks but all necessary cooking utensils were provided. Beautiful place for sure. Only thing we would change would be the renter be able to obtain a beach pass. We really enjoyed our stay!!
