Large windows draw natural light deep into the open-plan living areas, and furnishings are arranged to invite both togetherness and ease. The flow between indoor and outdoor spaces feels effortless - stepping from the living room to the terrace takes moments, and from the terrace, panoramic sea views open in every direction.



Each bedroom offers a quiet retreat, with soft linens, clothing storage, hangers, and a safe. Whether you're travelling as a family or a group of friends, the layout gives everyone room to be together and room to breathe.



Outdoor living

The spacious terrace is where this penthouse earns its place. Sea views extend to the horizon, and the sound of waves below sets a pace that's easy to fall into. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex - a private stretch measuring 167 metres long by 37 metres wide, lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. A large family pool bordered by sunbeds, a separate kids' pool, and outdoor showers with L'Occitane soap round out the beach experience. Fire pits add warmth after sunset, and a 60-metre shared dock provides easy access to boats up to 60 feet.



Amenities and shared spaces

Calablanca Residences offers an impressive set of shared amenities that elevate a stay well beyond a typical rental. The spa includes steam rooms, saunas, massage cabins, and outdoor jacuzzis - use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge, and you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment, and the game room features a pool table, ping-pong, and foosball. An on-site convenience store keeps essentials close at hand.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to longer shared meals. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are all available, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table. Everything you need to cook comfortably for a group is in place.

The penthouse is outfitted with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. A washer, dryer, iron, bathtub, and full bathroom supplies - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - are included.
