Caribbean Deluxe Apartment is located on the 15th floor of Torre 811 and was designed for guests who want to enjoy Cartagena from a comfortable, functional space with a tropical feel. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen, laundry area and two balconies: one in the living room and one in the main bedroom.
The layout is flexible for families and groups. All three bedrooms have a double bed. Bedroom 2 also has a pull-out auxiliary bed. In the living room, there is a two-person sofa bed and an additional pull-out bed available. The apartment can host up to 9–10 guests depending on the sleeping arrangement, although it is especially comfortable for families, couples, calm groups and longer stays.
The living room and main bedroom have air conditioning. The other bedrooms have quiet tower fans. The main bedroom also has a private balcony and a mini fridge. There is a TV in the living room and in two bedrooms; Amazon Prime is available in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich maker, extractor, dinnerware, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, salad bowl, kitchen utensils, salt and sugar. There is no microwave. You will also find a washer and drying rack, useful for beach days or longer stays.
The apartment combines green tones, white, beige and light wood to create a fresh Caribbean atmosphere without feeling overloaded. It is a good place to rest, cook, work or share after exploring Cartagena.
Guests have full access to the apartment during their stay. The building has 24/7 reception and security, a lobby, a minimarket in one of the commercial spaces and a pool available during the schedule set by the building administration.
The pool is available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. It is currently open for guest use, although some social areas and part of the building’s furniture are still being completed.
Before arrival, all guests must complete a registration form. At reception, the information will be verified and each guest will receive an identification wristband, which must be worn during the stay.
The first entrance to the apartment is made with a one-time access code provided by the host. After that, guests use a card that works for access and for controlling the lights and air conditioning.
The apartment does not include private parking inside the building. However, there are two public parking lots nearby and a public bay in front of the building, subject to availability. Guests arriving by car are welcome; we recommend contacting us before arrival so we can guide you with the best parking option.
We are available during your stay to answer questions, guide you through the arrival process and help with anything related to the apartment. Communication will mainly be through the platform or the authorized channel after booking.
Our goal is for you to have independence and privacy, while still feeling supported when needed. After check-in, we will follow up to confirm that everything is in order and that you were able to access the apartment without issues.
Before arrival, we will share the important information: registration form, check-in method, use of the access card, pool schedule, transportation recommendations and building rules. This helps make the experience smoother from the beginning.
The apartment is located in the Torices neighborhood of Cartagena de Indias, a residential area offering both calm and easy access to beaches, historic landmarks, and everyday necessities. Just a short walk away is Marbella Beach, great for sunbathing or enjoying the sea. 
Around the building you’ll find supermarkets, local cafés, convenience stores, restaurants, and public transportation. It’s also straightforward to reach the Walled City (Ciudad Amurallada) and San Felipe de Barajas Castle by car or taxi. 
Torre 811 offers modern conveniences: private parking, ocean views, balconies/terrace, 24-hour security, and elevator access. It’s perfect for travelers looking to relax at the beach, as well as for those traveling for business who need connectivity and comfort.
The apartment is located in Torre 811, in Torices, a mixed, local and developing area of Cartagena. Its main advantage is practical access to different parts of the city: Marbella Beach is about 5–10 minutes walking, the Historic Center is around 8 minutes by car, the airport is around 10 minutes by car, and Bocagrande is about 20–25 minutes away, depending on traffic.
On the first floor of the building there is a minimarket. Nearby, you can also find local restaurants, fast food options, Ara and D1 supermarkets, a pharmacy, a Bancolombia ATM and tourism offices. Some tours and activities depart from nearby areas.
Please note that the neighborhood is currently developing and there are construction sites around, so daytime construction activity may be heard. During the day, you can walk around while taking normal city precautions. At night, we recommend using Uber, InDrive or app-based transportation and waiting for your ride inside the building.
Parties and loud noise are not allowed after 10:00 p.m. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; it is only allowed on the balconies, and nothing may be thrown from them. Small pets are allowed, but they must not sleep on the beds.
Visitors must be registered in advance and have an additional cost of $75,000 COP per person, per visit. Due to building regulations, minors are not allowed to enter without their parents or proper authorization.
There is a camera located at the apartment entrance door and a digital lock. Lost access cards have a cost of $50,000 COP. If the card is left inside the apartment and an additional access code must be generated, an extra fee may apply from the second time onward. We want you to enjoy the apartment comfortably while also helping us protect the space, the building community and the experience of future guests. These rules are not intended to limit your stay, but to ensure safety, respect and smooth operation for everyone. By confirming the reservation, all guests agree to comply with the apartment rules, building regulations and Airbnb policies. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges of up to $100 USD, removal of visitors, restricted access to amenities, immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, or involvement of Airbnb and building security if necessary. Noise, Parties & Unauthorized Gatherings Parties, events or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Loud music, speakers or excessive noise that disturbs neighbors are not allowed at any time. Any complaint from neighbors or building administration regarding noise may result in: A warning. Immediate termination of the gathering. A penalty charge of up to $100 USD. Cancellation of the reservation without refund in severe or repeated cases. Registered Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment. All visitors must be approved and registered in advance. Visitor fee: $75,000 COP per person, per visit. Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited. Minors are not allowed to enter without parents or proper authorization. Unauthorized visitors may result in: Immediate removal from the building. Restricted access to the apartment. A penalty charge of up to $100 USD. Cancellation of the reservation without refund. Smoking & Illegal Activities Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies. Throwing cigarette butts, ashes or any objects from the balconies is prohibited. Drug use must comply with Colombian law and building regulations. Sex tourism, sexual exploitation and any activity involving minors are strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately. Violations may result in: Immediate cancellation of the reservation. Removal from the property. Additional cleaning or damage charges. Reporting to Airbnb, building administration or local authorities. Apartment Care & Damages Please treat the apartment, furniture, linens, towels, decorations and appliances with care. Do not move large furniture without authorization. Do not remove towels, sheets, kitchen items or decorations from the apartment. Makeup stains, tanning products, excessive dirt, broken items or misuse of the property may generate additional charges. Any damage caused during the stay must be reported immediately. Damage, missing items or excessive cleaning may result in charges of up to $100 USD or more depending on the damage. Air Conditioning & Electricity Turn off A/C, fans, lights and appliances when leaving the apartment. Keep doors and windows closed while using air conditioning. Misuse of the A/C system or leaving it running with open windows may generate maintenance or energy charges. Access Card, Wristbands & Digital Lock Guests are responsible for the apartment access card and building wristbands. Lost access card fee: $50,000 COP. If the card is left inside the apartment and an additional code must be generated, an extra service fee may apply from the second time onward. Access codes may not be shared with unregistered people. Tampering with the lock, sharing codes or bypassing security procedures may result in cancellation of the reservation. Balconies & Safety Children must always be supervised on balconies. Sitting, climbing or leaning over balcony railings is prohibited.
