The space

This four-bedroom, 4.5-bath apartment accommodates up to 10 guests with room to breathe. The interiors are arranged for comfort and ease - air conditioning keeps every space cool, clothing storage and hangers are provided throughout, and the living areas flow naturally between conversation and quiet. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of close friends, the layout gives everyone their own space without losing that sense of togetherness.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment offers four bedrooms and five beds across the space, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Bed linens, towels, and all essentials are provided, so you arrive to a made-up, ready-to-rest home.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed meal at home - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dining table brings the group together, and the open flow between kitchen and living area keeps the mood easy whether you're preparing breakfast or winding down after a day by the water.



Outdoor living

The private terrace is the heart of the experience - a place to start the morning with coffee and sea views, and to end the evening watching the last light leave the sky. Below, the Calablanca community opens into generous shared outdoor spaces. A large family pool lined with sunbeds invites long afternoons in the sun, while a kids' pool offers a gentler spot for younger guests. Fire pits beside the pool create a warm gathering point after dark.



The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. At 167 meters long and 37 meters wide, the private beach is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. A 60-meter dock nearby accommodates vessels up to 60 feet. Outdoor showers stocked with L'Occitane liquid soap are available throughout to rinse off after time in the sand and sea.



Wellness and leisure

The Calablanca spa includes two covered outdoor jacuzzis, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The on-site gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment, and the game room offers a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and Smart TV - plenty to keep everyone entertained between beach sessions.



Staying connected

Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it simple to stay connected when you need to. A washer, dryer, and iron cover the essentials for longer stays, and free parking is available on the premises. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Identification is required at the community entrance, and building staff are available 24 hours a day. Self check-in is available, and luggage drop-off can be arranged for early arrivals or late departures.



We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.
