Bra läge
Hotellet ligger perfekt på bocagrande med endast 5min till oldtown. Ren och fin hotel med trevlig personal, speciellt reseptionen. Frukosten var dock katastrof.

Property management was very inattentive to ones needs as a guest. Not being able to have extra guest without a charge when you book your reservation for 2 people and only one person checks in...so you should be able to have a guest visit. Just not a guest friendly Property

Didn’t like anything about this property.No tissues/napkins in room even I asked for that but they didn’t give. No bottle of water in room. Smell bad. Mattress gave me back pain. No soap in bathroom. Water pressure zero in shower. Breakfast sucked. Same thing every day. Charged me extra for what I was supposed to pay. Not safe

The breakfast buffet was cold all of the days, the eggs and all the hot food,. and it repeated itself too much. Not alot of variety. Staff is not really helpful in giving good tourist information.

Location, generally staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was satisfactory for my 5 year old. They just need to provide better toiletries, ensure lamps are working in the rooms, advise guests at reception of their energy saving system about the lights, advise guests that towels are available for the beach, facilitate early check in especially for guests with kids and older persons.

La limpieza mala, cuando se suponía que limpiaban la habitación dejaban basura, las sábanas algunas estaba con orificios, el internet malísimo, no se podía conectar y cuando lo hacías no brindaba el servicio, hablabas a recepción y lo único que decían es que era lo que había, el desayuno muy malo

Im giving low rating becuse I had a terrible night due to bed bugs. I told front desk and I was moved to another room. I have traveled and stayed at many places and this is the 1st time it happens to me, I woke up with multiple bed bug bites. Hotel's location is good.

My buddy and I had a great time staying at the Holiday Day Inn Bocagrande. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were very friendly. There’s a McDonalds across the street that is open 24/7. They also have karoake night on the patio. I would stay here again.

The staff is amazing let us pay for early checkin. When you come from the beach which is nearby they have a place to clean your feet. It’s in a great location across form “Macdonald” pronounce this way so the locals understand that is very useful when you have a 7 year old picky eater. The hop on hop off bus is great too and has a stop right in front!
