Stor besvikelse
Vi lämnar denna hotell en dag tidigare än planerat eftersom vi inte står ut längre. Lukten av mögel möter dig när du kommer in. Renovering pågår, hotellet är i mkt dålig skick, och bankandet börjar kl 07 på morgonen. Hotellet saknar flera fönster och myggen kommer in. Vid frukosten ( mkt dålig och knapp frukostutbud) möts du av mycket otrevlig personal som inte tillåter dig att ta mat själv utan portionerar ut det själv, mycket snålt! Inte buffet med andra ord. Rekomenderar INTE detta hotell

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the property is old because is in the middle of the Historic Center. Location is great, walking distance to the majority of the touristic areas. The standard rooms DONT include hot water in the shower, only the supreme rooms or by request. I didn't know that and had to take cold shower :( The manager offered me another room but I didn’t want to pack again just for 1 day.

O hotel é bem Velho e suas instalações refletem isso, o elevador é de assustar. O quarto é amplo com uma boa cama, porém tomei banho frio todos os dias, a água não esquentou. Outro ponto é sobre o café da manhã que é sofrível. Primeiro que as frutas e também o presunto e o queijo não ficam em locais próprios com um resfriamento, ou seja quando você vai comer está quente, ainda correndo o risco de uma intoxicação alimentar, detalhe que o lugar do café da manhã é muito quente e não tem ar condicionado e por isso eles encheram de ventiladores mas não funciona então você também sente muito calor enquanto toma café da manhã . Outro ponto ainda sobre o café é a falta de opções e sobre a falta de reposição- se acabou, acabou. Outra coisa que é necessário ser falado: a localização é de fato boa, pertinho da cidade amuralhada e do bairro Getsêmani porém o local é tão barulhento que você não dorme bem. Barulho de buzinas e conversas o tempo todo. Os funcionários são muito gentis mas sendo sincera se puderem não se hospedem lá, o custo benefício não compensa. Acho que o mínimo numa hospedagem e oferecer ao cliente uma boa noite de sono, um café da manhã saboroso (não precisa de ser lotado de coisas, mas pelo menos armazenar as coisas corretamente ) e um banho quente, podem justificar que é por conta do calor da cidade mas isso não justifica pois o hóspede precisa poder escolher se quer ou não o banho quente.

Staff were very nice and attentive. It was at a great location, near everything. However the hotel was very simple and things were not updated. We had to change room because there was no hot water in the room. The next room water was dripping from the air conditioner and we had to have few towels to cover the water all the time.

Great location, about a 3 minute drive walk into the walled city and a 3 minute walk into Getsemani neighborhood. Lots of food vendors and restaurants and shops nearby. About a 15-20 minute drive to the airport and 10 minute drive to the Playa Azul beach area. The staff were all sooo friendly. Felt safe. The hotel is older and it shows but the beds were clean and the giant flat screen tvs had netflix. The showers have warm water, some of the rooms have a balcony. The area is in a party zone so if youre looking for quiet this is not the area for you. Buffet breakfast was decent with croissants pastries fruit juice coffee eggs sausages and mini pancakes

El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado, pero necesita mejorar las condiciones, Los cuartos estan confortables pero el mobiliario viejo, la cama y colchon en mal estado con mucho ruido. Alredor del Hotel mucha gente en condicion de calle , mucha basurra frente al hotel y muy sucia el area en general.

Very basic! To me this is a 2 stars property overall. Staff is very nice, but they are limited by the property resources. The mattress were horrible; we have no fridge but I asked and they brought us one; the toilet seat was broken, I told them and they fixed it; maybe I should have said something about the mattresses; breakfast is very limited, I suggest going early; friendly staff. If I can afford a better hotel I would go to another one. We ran into, mainly, European tourists (France and Italy) and Mexicans. Location is convenient to visit the walled city.

This was an excellent place to stay! It’s very clean and there is someone at the front desk and door at all times so it’s very safe! Continental breakfast was excellent every day! The location Is walkable to all points of interest and great restaurants and markets! Also the marina and beach! The one thing to note is that it does sit on the corner of two busy streets so it is not the quietest. If you are looking for serene, this is not the place. That is the only negative thing I can say. There was one night time front desk guy that was rude when we needed help at one point which is the only reason I gave service 4 stars. Everyone else on the staff was wonderful.

Ok hotel for low budget
Room was cleaned , good size, but you won’t be able to sleep because of noises from outside also early morning the house keeping. front of the hotel is taxi stands you can hear them talking , yelling starts at 6am till 2am. breakfast is not so good . restaurant have no AC. If you ask any information from front desk , 90 percent of them have no knowledge but all of them were very friendly. also no room service at all . twice I asked for room service , i was told they have only water and beer . over all good price if you don’t mind outside noises . location is good , near restaurants and bars but very crowded area.

Ótima localização. Equipe excepcional. Há poucos pontos a melhorar: O hotel é antigo, então acaba apresentando alguns pequenos dissabores, como cortina plástica no chuveiro ou a falta de um frigobar nos quartos, por exemplo. Entretanto, esses detalhes acabam suprimidos pelo exemplar serviço prestado pela equipe do local. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, prestativos, cuidadosos e principalmente gentis. Só pra exemplificar, testemunhei um funcionário acompanhando uma hóspede idosa, durante a noite, até o seu veículo, que estava estacionado a duas quadras de distância. Sem dúvida, numa próxima oportunidade, gostaria de me hospedar ali novamente. Fica aqui meu agradecimento a toda a equipe pelo carinho com que fomos tratados.

Overall experience was good but what was excellent is the price I paid and the location which is about a block away from the historic center where all the colonial structures are found . From this establishment, if you turn left, you will experience a different Colombian vibe from street art , music, food etc, pretty safe neighborhood…..
