Ocean-Front Lyxlägenhet med fantastisk utsikt.

Detta är en unik ett sovrum ligger i hjärtat av den gamla koloniala centrum, inom 16-talet vägg, ett kvarter från den berömda klostret Santa Clara, ofta med i Garcia Marquez'novels, och nu en 5-stjärniga hotell. Det har fantastisk utsikt över Las Bovedas torget, där de säljer alla typer av ursprungliga colombianska hantverk, och den är riktad mot gamla muren och en vacker solnedgång utsikt över Karibien. Det ritades av två kända spanska konstnärer som bor i Spanien och använt det sporadiskt under semestern. Det är en lyxig lägenhet med alla typer av bekvämligheter, jag. e. bredbands trådlöst internet, satellit-LED-TV, gratis nationella samtal, tvätta och torktumlare, luftkonditionering, ugn, daglig städning, etc, etc, etc.

Lägenheten ligger i hjärtat av den koloniala centrum, ett par kvarter från restauranger, barer och kaféer, men fortfarande i ett relativt lugnt bostadsområde. Du kan se och höra havet och ta ett dopp i närheten, bokstavligen en hundra gårdar, stranden.

Needs Improvement

Five day stay: Great Location Overall, very spacious and clean for the two of us. Noisy construction in the Apartment next to us was a bother. Tired Cupboards, wonky doors. Laundry detergent and dish liquid not supplied. Could not light gas Stove even with the mini-matches and range hood vent didn't seem to have a switch???Microwave: had to always unplug to stop it. Very hot water available in bathroom, but only lukewarm water in kitchen!!Bed was comfy, the many pillows were not. The two air conditioners and two ceiling fans were ample to balance the apartment for the humid hot days. Requires upgrading to bring it back to what it may have been.

Everything was wonderful except for the last week. The apartment next-door was under heavy construction and it woke us up early every morning. I wish we would’ve known that in advance we would’ve changed our dates.

Lovely stay

Leslie the property manager was very helpful and made some great recommendations on activities in Cartagena. Property was clean just a little different than being in a hotel more personal interactions. Location is great and walking or short taxi ride to most places of interest. Couldn’t give 5start for cleanliness, but apartment was clean some of the facilities bashes were a little less standard than USA

Incredible Place

Loved everything about the property. Just FYI - if you will be planning on having friends over to the property for a drink or dinner to mention that while you complete the application process. If they are not checked in prior to your arrival, they will not be able to enter the property.

Cartagena

The apartment was nice, it wasn’t exactly as it showed in the pictures but it was nice enough where it wasn’t an issue. The only downfall to our stay in that apartment was the bed. It was essentially a thin bed pad on top of a box spring. We slept uncomfortably for the majority of our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful aside from getting jumped by vendors every block To buy something or book a tour.

Details of the property not listed on the site

My first impression of the building was very disappointing and distasteful when entering the building. When walking pass security there is cracked cement and throughout the walk up the stairs there were water bugs on the ground. Some of the furniture in the apartment was very outdates and overly used. The towels and sheets felt very old and bright white sheets and towels should be used. The host and housekeeper were very pleasant and accomodating.

Perfect place / location

Well equiped apartment in an excellent location. Very good air conditioning. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good bathroom but only luke warm water. Washing m/c and dryer was a lifesaver with how many changes of clothes i had to do daily because of the heat. Excellent wifi. Had a secure safe. Local music at night on weekend but welcome to Cartagena! Did not bother me. Nice welcome package with fruit and cookies. Excellent host. Very accomodating

First time in Cartagena

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was close to everything and they were super responsive to our every need. It was very handy to have the little store downstairs which somehow had most everything you could need! We adored our 'maid' Irina. She was delightful and did an excellent job. She even went and brought us lunch one day!! Awesome.

Cartagena Trip

from the moment we booked our trip, the communication was great and on time. Once we arrived, both host and staff were available to answer any questions we had. They greeted us with a gift basket, which was very kind of them. They were able to provide cleaning services at your request. The area is not crowded which was good for us. It was quiet the whole time during our stay. We will definitely book them again and highly recommend them.

Great sunset location within city walls!

The host had excellent communication with us from the moment we confirmed the reservation. Instructions and details were accurate and clear. We were greeted at our arrival by one of the host who was kind enough to hold onto our luggage while we explored the city until it was time to check in. Place was as described, lots of storage. Washer and dryer in unit was helpful. There was a small convenience store on the first floor of the building, next to the security desk, that had all types of drinks and snacks. The location was a few steps from the wall where you could see the sunset. It was also walking distance for the majority of the restaurants and attractions yet far enough to have a peaceful retreat from the crowds. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice property - great location

A very nice clean property located in a very safe area walking distance to all the great places and restaurants in the old center. Alberto was extremely responsive and communicative. We had an unexpected water issue caused by a problem in the building and after a text to Alberto, it was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Would very much recommend this property. The small grocery store in the building is super convenient.

Beautiful apartment! Great location - Strict on unregistered visitors

This is a great place to stay when visiting Cartagena. It is very secure and quiet so you will sleep great at night. However, you will not be able to bring any unregistered guest to visit you not even during the day. So, this is almost like a prison as my family was not allowed in. other than that is great if you are never going to have friend or family over while you are in town.

The place is great for a single or couple. Perfect tour and learn history.

I really enjoyed the property and the people who live at condo. Access to a mall 200 meters was a bonus. Grocery around the corner.
