The Space:

Six floors above the Caribbean, Calablanca Residences puts the sea directly in front of you. This 251 m² oceanfront apartment in Barú, Colombia frames deep Caribbean blues out to the horizon, a 167-meter private beach below, and a balcony jacuzzi positioned above the water at every hour. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. For a group of eight, this is the kind of place that sets its own rhythm.



Living space

The main living area gives the whole group genuine room to spread out. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout the apartment, keeping the Caribbean heat manageable. Three smart TVs are distributed across the space, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone managing a deadline alongside a beach day. The private balcony is where the apartment opens up fully - outdoor furniture, a dining setup, and the jacuzzi all positioned above the water, making it a natural anchor point from morning through evening.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms, a service room, and an additional living area sleep up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The service room has a sofa bed, and the additional living area offers an individual sofa bed and a desk - giving families and groups flexible options for how to configure the space.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a full group meal. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all available, along with cooking basics and a complete set of dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A kitchen island adds prep space, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays straightforward.



Bathrooms

Five full bathrooms and one half bathroom serve the apartment. Each is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. Throughout the apartment you'll also find extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, hangers, an iron, clothing storage, and a safe.



At the water

Beach towels, a beach blanket, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear are all provided. Calablanca's 167-meter private beach is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas - available whenever you want them. A kayak is available for anyone who wants to get out on the water. Back at the building, the pool and hot tub are there for days when you'd rather stay close.

The spa offers a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzis - use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge, and you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge.
