Salinas Dune Apartment is a bright and fresh 21st-floor apartment with views of Cartagena, La Popa and the sea. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, A/C in the living room and bedrooms, 900 MB Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, 2 balconies and a pool in the building. Inspired by the pink tones of the Salinas de Galerazamba, it is ideal for families, couples and calm groups looking for comfort, design and a practical location in Cartagena.

Salinas Dune Apartment is a 56 m² apartment located on the 21st floor of Torre 811, in Torices, Cartagena. It has a maximum capacity of 7 guests and a recommended capacity of 6 for a more comfortable stay. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, laundry area with washing machine and 2 balconies with views of the city, La Popa and the sea.

The main bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, air conditioning and balcony. The other bedrooms include semi-double beds and auxiliary beds, making the space practical for small families or calm groups. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and access to one of the balconies.

One of the main advantages is that the apartment has air conditioning in all 4 main areas: the living room and the 3 bedrooms. This makes the stay much more comfortable after a beach day, tours or walking around Cartagena.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, lemon squeezer, cutting board and wine accessories. The apartment also includes 900 MB Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and decorative details inspired by the pink tones of the Salinas de Galerazamba.

During your stay, you will have full access to the apartment: bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area and balconies. You may also use the building pool according to the schedule and rules set by the administration.

The building has 24-hour reception. Upon arrival, each guest must register and wear the wristband provided by reception during the stay. Apartment access is self-guided through a security box with a code, where you will find the access card.

The card works as the apartment key and also activates the electricity system through the card holder located at the entrance. Please take care of it and return it properly at check-out. If lost, the replacement cost is $50,000 COP.

The pool is available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The building is currently completing the furniture for this area, so it may feel more functional than social at the moment.

You will have an independent stay, with self check-in and remote support. Before your arrival, we will send you the information needed for registration, the building location, the security box code and the apartment instructions.

We will be available through Airbnb chat before and during your stay. After check-in, we will follow up to confirm that you entered correctly and that everything is in order. We respect your privacy, but we will remain available if you need help with the apartment, access, recommendations or any situation during your stay.

The apartment is located in Torices, a mixed residential and tourist area that is currently developing. It is a practical location for moving around Cartagena, especially to Marbella, the Historic Center, the airport, La Serrezuela, Bocagrande and several tour departure points. There is a minimarket on the first floor of the building, and nearby you will find local restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, supermarkets such as ARA and D1, a Bancolombia ATM and tourism offices.

Marbella Beach is approximately 5 blocks away. During the day, walking around the area is usually fine. At night, we recommend using Uber, InDrive or private transportation, waiting for your ride inside the building and avoiding displaying valuable items on the street.

The area is developing, so there may be construction or urban activity nearby during the day. We recommend this apartment for guests who value strategic location, views, air conditioning, pool and comfort more than absolute silence or a fully tourist-only neighborhood.

There is no private parking. The building has a public bay subject to availability, and there are nearby parking options. Visitors are only allowed with prior authorization, registration and an additional cost. Parties, pets, sex tourism and unregistered guests are not allowed.
We want you to enjoy the apartment comfortably while also helping us take care of the space, the neighbors’ rest and the building rules. These rules are here to ensure a safe, respectful and pleasant stay for everyone.

The apartment is designed for families, couples and calm groups. It is not suitable for parties, loud gatherings, sex tourism or any activity that affects the building’s safety, comfort or community standards.

Building rules
All guests must be registered before entering the building.
The building may request an ID document.
Each guest must wear the building wristband during the stay.
Pool use is subject to the administration’s schedule and rules.
Visitors must be previously authorized and registered.
Visitors have an additional cost of $75,000 COP per person/visit.
The maximum authorized capacity cannot be exceeded.
The access card must be returned at check-out.
Lost access card fee: $50,000 COP.
Lost wristband fee: $5,000 COP.
Any fine generated by breaking building rules will be the guest’s responsibility.
