Hey there Henry (wow, you left us a review everywhere). First off we must correct you. You don’t HAVE to text us constantly via Whatsapp. That’s just what you chose to do. And really, most customers see that as a plus. Or were you expecting an in-room butler to be by your side at every moment, thus removing the need to waste time texting us? We’re still unclear as to what wasn’t an exact representation. You came to Blue Apple, enjoyed a free sun lounger and we thought, had an all around nice time. You actually spent a whole week with us (and what a joy it was for our Whatsapp team), and never mentioned anything about creepy crawlies or being uncomfortable. Instead, we read these allegations in your review and it honestly sent us into a tailspin. After we calmed down, took some deep breaths and drank a sweet tea, we thoroughly checked your room, the mattresses and every nook and cranny. We can confirm, Yaeli, there are no bed bugs here. YAY! Still, we fumigated just in case. For anyone reading, we wash and dry our linens professionally on high heat and have NEVER in five years, had an incident of bed bugs. EUGH.

Lamentablemente por cuestiones de espacio no podemos tener una planta electrica que cubra todo nuestro hotel pero si permite que nuestro ascensor, internet y agua sigan funcionando (la mayoria de los hoteles independientes sufren con las fallas energeticas). Gracias por tus comentarios, hablaremos con nuestros chicos en Recepcion para corregir estas fallas
