The apartment is located on the third floor of the Morros EOS building in Serena del Mar. It features all the amenities needed to accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child

The building features:
Family pool, children’s pool, lap pool, hot tub, Turkish bath, fully equipped gym, direct access to the beach, playground, private covered parking, elevators, 24/7 security, and open spaces facing the ocean. Ideal for families with children, couples, or work groups. The pools are closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.

To use the common areas—such as the hot tub, Turkish bath, sauna, and gym—you must make a reservation upon arrival at the building’s front desk, where staff will explain how to do so using your ID number.

The direct exit from the building leads to “Playa Murallas.” To reserve chairs, tents, beach umbrellas, and sunshades:
• During the off-season: directly on the beach.
• During high season: through the “Mi comunidad SDM” app (username and password will be sent on the day of arrival).

Just a few minutes away is Mall Ramblas, with restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, and more. There’s also the option for food delivery, and in the apartment you’ll find a guide with useful phone numbers, plus you can use the Rappi app.

For transportation, you can use the 24-hour taxi stand at the Meliá Hotel or the Uber, InDrive, or DiDi apps.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you must submit the following information for each guest at least 2 days in advance to authorize entry into the building:
• First and last names
• ID number
• Home address
• Phone number
• Email address
• City

⚠️ No changes, additions, or modifications are allowed after the guest list has been submitted.

Important:
The building does not allow visitors; only pre-registered individuals may enter and use the common areas.

In addition, a mandatory fee for building access wristbands must be paid in the amount of $20.000 COP per person, in addition to the cost of the reservation. This fee must be paid 2 days prior to arrival, along with the submission of registration information. This fee is collected directly by the condominium and is required to use the facilities.
