âWe loved our one week stay here. We got a suiteâ lake viewâ totally worth it for the extra room. Breakfast was great and they varied the breads, types of sausage, types of eggs. It always was ready right on the dot of 7 too so we could hop out and sightsee. Bed was super comfy. It was totally quiet. Abundant parking spots. And did I mention the lake view? Gorgeous. âThe place just felt Alaskan, and the food is fantastic. The rooms aren't fancy, but they're solid, and very clean and quiet.
I recommend the 2nd floor for the view over lake Wasilla.

âRead the other reviews on this property and set your expectations. Itâs a budget friendly option. Looking for a hot shower, flushing toilet and a bed - youâve got it. Rooms are upstairs from the bar so youâll hear the music until 10 PM. Not an issue if youâre in the bar which has a very cool vibe to include the play lists. Thereâs a separate restaurant section for non-drinkers.Good surveillance - door locks are dated but functional. The staff is warm, friendly and certainly add to the magic.â
