"Stayed for 6 nights. Location of the hotel is excellent if you want to stay in the center of Madrid. We walked to most of our tourist destinations such as, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace. Gran via is next door, 5-10 minute walk along Calle del Barquillo. A street, although close to Gran via, it is a bit different, gives you many options to sit down with Madrid people, enjoy some superb olives and a nice beverage for example, there are also awesome dinner options. 2 supermarkets are also located within 25-50meters from the hotel, open until 24.00. The hotel, stayed on the second floor, window facing inside courtyard. Quiet, clean, spacious enough. TV on the "big" side of things, plenty of channels, many Spanish channels, news (CNN, BBC, French, German). Some series movies with English such as, Paramount Network, DMAX, etc. TV review is based on some hours before sleep though, tv aficionados might want to get a second opinion. Oh yes, almost forgot, Wifi worked flawlessly. Logged in on the first day, never gave it a second thought. Whole experience was excellent, we arrived and was checked in to our room within 10-15 minutes. Reception always had an abundance of staff. Every time we needed something from the reception, a staff member helped us immediately. Did not spend 1 minute in a queue in the reception area. Done some travel, and that is rare. "

"Perfect location whit walking distance to many of the cities attractions. The rooms were very clean and quiet. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall great stay at this beautiful hotel with great service and perfect location! The room was a bit cold, but the staff fixed it quickly when we let them know. If you are sensitive to noices it can be tricky to stay here some days, we were not bothered but we could hear music/noice at some occasions (it was mostly quiet)."
