I stayed at this hotel for five days while in morocco. The pictures online made it seem like it was a five star hotel. The first room, I entered, stunk horribly of cigarette, smoke and urine. I called the reception and asked to move. They sent me to another room. That room also stunk horribly of cigarette smoke. Finally, at two in the morning, I couldn’t deal with cigarette smoke smell and didn’t want to be a pain in the ass but I had to call and ask for a different room since I couldn’t breathe. Finally, they put me in a room on the 14th floor, that was free of cigarette smoke. The room was very nice but the carpets were absolutely filthy, dark stains all over it. In the mornings, I woke up to doors slamming one after another, and I mean, slamming. I looked my door and saw it was a housekeeper going in and out of the rooms cleaning. Also, to note, there are no English channels on the television here. There are lots of channels, but nothing with English at all.
The breakfast buffet was good and the pool was very nice but all together I would not recommend this place, and would not stay here again. the pool also closes very early for the dinner guests so that was a bummer.
