At the entrance to the village, a 50 m² apartment in a building containing two other apartments (10095 and 10996). It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds - Shower room - WC The property includes three other rental units (no overlooking). - Heated swimming pool shared with the other apartments (10 x 5.5 meters, depth 1.20m to 1.80m), open from April 3rd to October 10th (9 am to 8 pm), secured by a safety barrier. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Shared enclosed grounds of 5000 m² - Covered terrace of 7.5 m² with unobstructed views of the village, mountains, and valley - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Children's play area - Parking - Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom with the double bed - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Freezer - Microwave - Television - 1 fan - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Mobile vendors: grocer (once a week), dairy and greengrocer (once a week) - Possibility of guided mountain and river walks with the owner (free of charge) - The cleaning option (€75) is payable directly to the owner - Cleaning deposit (€75) if the cleaning option is not selected - Electric vehicle charging station shared with other gîtes (additional charge payable on (Owner's fee: €7/day) - If the entire stay is not available in this gîte, as the gîtes are adjoining and identical, please do not hesitate to contact us to inquire about the availability of other accommodations. Two weeks in two different gîtes is possible without additional booking fees.
