The freshness of a swimming pool, the charm of a Corsican village a stone's throw from the Gulf of Sagone and the wonders of the west coast. A 25 m² village house adjoining the owners' house. It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - Bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room/WC (walk-in shower) adjoining the bedroom Access via a few steps - 18 m² partially covered terrace - Garden furniture - Electric barbecue - Sun loungers - A heated swimming pool (10 x 5.5 meters, depth 1.20m to 1.80m), shared with the other gîtes, is located 400 m away. It is open from April 17th to October 10th (9 am to 8 pm) and secured by a safety barrier. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named on the rental agreement. - Air conditioning in the bedroom - Washing machine - Freezer - Gas hob - Oven - Microwave - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Fireplace with insert (wood provided) - Mobile vendors: grocer (once a week), dairy and greengrocer (once a week) - Guided mountain and river walks with the owner (free of charge) - The €50 cleaning fee is payable directly to the owner. - A €50 cleaning deposit is required if the cleaning fee is not selected. - Electric vehicle charging station (400m away) shared with other gîtes (additional charge payable on site to the owner: €7/day)
