It’s an older hotel but kept in great shape. Due to the hotel is built in the hill it has lots of steps and steep areas. It may present a physical challenge for some. Overall the resort was very accommodating to our needs. I would recommend.

The hotel had beautiful pools and ocean access which we loved. Food available onsite was great and they had a wonderful seafood restaurant right next to the water which had a spectacular view. We were able to use the buses to get around the island. Note that bus tickets can be purchased onsite. Our only negative was that wifi was not available in the room..only at certain locations on the property. This was tough as we were travelling with a teenager!

Mi piace molto il parco termale e suo personale, tutto bene anche con la parte di ristoranti. Ma sono estremamente delusa da albergo. Non struttura per se, ma di personale diurno di reception. Abbiamo avuto i problemi dei cimici nella nostra stanza. 50-60 morsi su ogni braccio e su ogni coscia a me e tutta la schiena morsicata a mamma. La camera hanno cambiato fra 2 giorni e per questo ho dovuto protestare più volte. Poi facevano finta che non sono morsi di cimici ma di zanzare o allergia solare o chiunque altra cosa. E certo che nessuno ha chiesto scusa. Una delle notti, stanchi dai morsi infiniti, abbiamo cercato di dormire sui sdrai in giardino, ma finiti a dormire con la luce e area condizionata accese. Oggi ho dovuto andare da dermatologo, acquistare i farmaci,il 50 euro di vaporetto e oggi tutto il giorno a pulire e des infettare le valigie che sono ancora buttate nel giardino. Feedback negativo 👎!

the pools and grounds were fantastic. the breakfasts were great some of the staff was nice - others not so much They were stingy with towels I noticed wrappers and a sock behind the daybed and requested it to be cleaned , got a not very pleasant response and the area was never cleaned It was very loud around our room The staff was very loud while speaking and cleaning-- the property asks for quiet from its customers...

hôtel pas pratique du tout en plus nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre qui était fermée depuis plusieurs jours sans chauffage avec bcp d'humidité un service du PDJ très moyen.... Place is gorgeous but the first room that was assigned to us felt like we were in a cellar and had no WIFI. Staff was kind enough to move us to a better room which helped make our stay much better!

Отдых в термальном парке.
В общем и целом, отель конечно понравился, при условии, что я сразу бронировала номер с видом на море. Самый главный его плюс это конечно и реальные источники, их присутствие на территории. Завтрак неплохой, но в целом соответствует 3-х звездочному отелю, достаточно скудный. В любом случае дополнительных трат не избежать, полотенца для шезлонгов и халаты удобнее арендовать. Для людей в возрасте расположение для пешиз прогулок не самое лучшее, и в Искья Порто и в Казамичиолу порядка 1.5 км, поэтому приходилось пользоваться автобусом, потому что даже при прогулке пешком дорожа идёт вдоль дороги, а не вдоль моря, а автомобильное движение там довольно плотное.

Отвратительный персонал! Недружелюбный!и на ресепшене и в ресторане. На мой день рождения не поздравили.даже после моего звонка,не принесли НИЧЕГО!!! При отъезде сказали ,что присылали фрукты. На мой ответ,что ничего не было.стали проверять Яменя,а не персонал. Только спустя несколько минут выяснили,что фрукты не донесли. И все это без извинений.никаких компенсаций или презентов.

Hotel Castiglione Thermal Spa Dream
The hotel grounds were beyond our expectations in that it had incredible thermal pools where people came from afar just to enjoy the healing benefits(volcanic minerals/gases)--10 diverse pool options at various temperatures. The floral landscape and the vistas were also incredible. Be prepare for all the stair climbing from one terrace level to another---great for exercise unless you have a hard time. Great breakfast, dinner option, and staff!

A relaxing few days
Stayed for 3 nights, the pool facilities are good- it does get busy with locals and other tourists as it is open to the public but managed to get a sun lounger. Also had a massage which was very good. Breakfast had a good selection and the restaurant overlooks the sea and is a beautiful spot to start the day. Room was clean and air con good, I thought the bed was a bit hard and the shower temperature didn't stay consistent but it had everything we needed. Location wise it is where it is because of the spa element but it is about 2-3km outside Ischia Porto and Casimicola, so it's a 20 minute walk down the hill into Ischia for dinner or a trip on the bus which is cheap but very busy in the middle of summer. Overall the island is beautiful and we had a nice time down Ischia Ponte and enjoying the pools

温水プールから地中海の素晴らしい眺めが楽しめます！ロケーション抜群！
温度の違う１０種類の海水プールがとても楽しかったです。エステ施設も併設しているので次回はトライしたいです。イスキア港とカサミチョラ港の中間にあり、バスでアクセス可能。ただし運転手にカスティリオーネで降りると言っておかないと通り過ぎてしまいます。朝食はレストランで。フレッシュなモッツアレラにトマト、地元産のジャム、日替わりのケーキ、そしてエスプレッソをどうぞ。夕食は徒歩圏にはないのですが、受付で希望を伝えるとおすすめのお店を紹介してもらえます。

Loved the variety of pools and the saunas. Biggest barrier is language. None of the staff are able to communicate comfortably in English so you miss accurate explainations about hotel services and transportation.

Good Overall
The location was relatively close to the port. In fact, my wife and I walked the 1.2 miles to the hotel from the port, even with our luggage. We liked staying here because the hot springs themselves were amazing and by staying at the hotel, our park entrance was free. That saved a lot of money. Only thing is that if you check in between 5pm-7pm, you are in for a bad surprise. The springs close at 7pm and require you to wear a swim cap, which is not provided to you. You have to buy one in their boutique, which closes at 5pm... Also, watch out for the mosquitoes, there are A LOT of them and they are stealthy.
