“Vi bodde i en av hotellets sviter och Ă€r överlag mycket nöjda med vistelsen. Personalen var mycket hjĂ€lpsam och trevlig. Sviten var oklanderligt stĂ€dad och mycket rymlig med bra förvaringsmöjligheter. Stort och frĂ€scht badrum med egen del av takterassen. “The staff were really nice. We first got a room that smelled cigarettes, when we complained about that they changed our room. A big plus for how they managed the situation. The pools were wonderful. They had 3 termalpools and one ordinary. There is a restaurant at the hotel. But if you want to go out for dinner it is about 20 min walk to the nearest place to eat.beautiful view from the hotel terrass. The pool area is paradise!!”

"The staff at this hotel is amazing! Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter. Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that. Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
