Villa Alice Campana is a large vacation villa in the heart of Salento, in a residential and scenic area in Casarano. The villa with pine forest and above-ground pool offers up to 9 beds.

There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, electric oven, microwave.

In the large fully fenced garden, in addition to the swimming pool with solarium, there is a barbecue, outdoor shower, equipped outdoor areas, and car parking. Pets allowed.

Villa Alice Campana is a large property, fenced and with an automatic gate. A long avenue in the pine forest leads to the stately dwelling, with the typical architecture of the country villas of Salento, an enchanting place to spend vacations under the sign of quiet, immersed in nature.

Scenic stone stairs lead to the large veranda that frames the villa, with spaces equipped for outdoor dining.

The interiors of Villa Alice Campana are elegant and airy, furnished in classical style. The dwelling is developed between the mezzanine and attic floors.

The living area consists of an entrance hall, living room with dining room and fireplace, rustic-style, eat-in kitchen with dining table for six.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms. On the mezzanine floor there are 1 triple and 2 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. In the attic there is 1 double bedroom, without air conditioning.

Also present are 2 full shower rooms (one of which is outside) and a small bathroom in the triple room, without a shower. All rooms overlook the garden.

Villa Alice Campana stands in the scenic area of Casarano, right next to the shrine dedicated to the Madonna della Campana, on a hillock about 160 meters above sea level from which there is a bucolic view of the Salento countryside.

The town of Casarano, with all the main services, can be reached by car in a few minutes. The nearest beaches are those of the Ionian Sea, with Gallipoli, Marina di Mancaversa and Punta della Suina, Torre San Giovanni and Torre Suda about 15 minutes by car.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from June to September .
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The owner lives in the apartment on the ground floor.
