The apartmenton the second floor of the Casanella mini-complex is a solution that accommodates up to 6 people on vacation in Salento, in the city center of Casarano.
The house is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave and coffee maker.
The apartment on the second floor is independent. It offers up to 6 beds. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is on the second floor, with its own entrance facing the street and internal stairs.
The living area consists of large living room with sitting room, 1 single bed and dining room, stairs leading to the terrace where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple with three single beds. Completing the house is 1 shower room.

The
Casanella apartment complex is located in Casarano, in the center of
the town situated in the heart of Salento. All services are within easy
reach.
The location allows you to reach in a few minutes by car
both the Ionian and the Adriatic coasts, which encircle the Salento, as
well as the Cape of Leuca.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per stay.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
