La Sabina beautiful brand new apartment near the beach of Casares Costa

The La Sabina residential complex has just been completed in 2024 is decorated to a very high standard, it is overlooking the beautiful Casares beach and sea as well as the mountain panorama inland. It consists of 6 blocks and 60 apartments, 2 swimming pools and a clubhouse (opening late 2024).
The apartment is on the ground floor, has 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, an open plan living/dining area that walks onto a large terrace, with integrated ultra modern kitchen, and private parking.

On the grounds there are many green areas, a clubhouse opening soon and two swimming pools, one of which is exclusively for children. The complex fits perfectly into its surroundings and stands out for its great location with views of the pool and sea which you can admire from your own terrace.
Its only 2 kilometers to the stunning beach and close to the luxury 5 star hotel Finca Cortesin & Golf, home to the Ryder Cup, as well as 4 golf courses in the approximate area.
A very sunny and spacious property , it is over 80 sq. meters plus a large terrace. The partly covered large terrace overlooks the top pool, with comfy sofas, sunbeds and al fresco dining for 4 people, From this terrace you have ample space for sunbathing, and entertaining. It is South facing so you can enjoy the sun all afternoon.
The apartment sleeps 4 adults, has 2 bedrooms and en-suite 2 bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles. All are very large and furnished to an exceptional standard with have ample wardrobe space.
The large brand new kitchen has granite tops and is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave and a Senseo coffee maker. There is a separate area for the washing machine.
The apartment is in a lovely quiet complex overlooking the sea, with lovely gardens as well as a two swimming pools and is on a quiet street.

The apartment enjoys full air conditioning and heating. The smart TV is 55’. We also have high speed WiFi installed in the property. Additionally, there are lifts in the building that go from the garage level ( we have our own underground parking ) straight up to the apartment so it is suitable for guests with limited mobility as well.
Please note: There are cameras but these are covered when we have guests.
A few minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the beautiful village of Casares and Estepona which has many restaurants and cafes. Duquesa port is only 5 minutes away.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga can be reached in 50 minutes.
We recommend a car for this property as it is on a hill. There are a very few good beach restaurants bars very close by
Please note, while it is a 2 minute drive to the beautiful beach, the nearest pedestrian crossing is a 20 minute walk downhill so we recommend a car to go to the beach.

WHY VISIT ESTEPONA & CASARES COAST:
A little further West than the busy Costa del Sol, Estepona and the area of Casares offer a more relaxing experience to the guest, and a great base from which to explore further around the beautiful Andalucia region. Surrounded by mountains and beautiful beaches it is a great place for families and nature lovers.
Estepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella and very family friendly. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The town centre is pedestrian and the streets are beautifully decorated with lovely potted flowers.
The beach promenade which has been completely rebuilt stretches on for miles to the East and West past the port.
It has an Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe. Also it is famous for its street murals and there is a very interesting walking tour to see over 30 of them.
There are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere.
It has a stunning beach promenade which goes on for miles and plenty of things to do.There are many very good restaurants nearby and many boutiques, cafes and bars.
On Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables. The port has a Sunday Market and many restaurants&nightlife.
Another recommendation is to drive or cycle up to Sierra Bermeja mountain and its national park, over 1500 meters above sea level from here you can enjoy stunning views and nature. From here you can also visit the local white villages of Gaucin, Casares, Jubrique and Genaguacil “the village of the artists”.

Also we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 10 minutes by car, and many different beaches and resorts. Estepona also has outdoor karting for the kids. In Algeciras there is a great Aquapark which is only 30 minutes away.


OTHER THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU ARE HERE:
We are only 60 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 30 minutes by car.Easily make day trips , as well as Malaga city - Morocco as well as the stunning Alhambra Palace in Granada.Cordoba and Sevilla are recommended, Cordobas Mosque built in 785 ad is a World Heritage Site since 1984. In Granada during the winter months we can also go on day trips skiing to the Sierra Nevada. Also not to be missed is the stunning town of Ronda, which is an hour and a half drive up the mountains.We also recommend a visit to Tarifa, the windiest city in Europe, and Kite Surf heaven. A beautiful historical Moorish town between the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean with pristine white sandy beaches and natural dunes as well as Cadiz.

Perfekt um dem deutschen Wetter zu entfliehen

Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar eine Woche in der Wohnung um dem Wetter zu entkommen. Wir sind morgens bei 3 Grad losgeflogen und saßen nachmittags bei 22 Grad auf der Terrasse in der Sonne :-) Die Wohnung in die komplette Anlage ist nagelneu, sehr modern und bietet alles was man benötigt. Der Buchungsvorgang war einfach und die Kommunikation mit Tania sehr angenehm. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung ist alles was man von so einem Urlaub erwartet. Besonders gut hat uns Cadiz und die Altstadt von Marbella gefallen. Im nĂ€chsten Winter sind wir wieder dabei :-)

Ideal for families

Very nice and stylish apartment with everything we needed. Our kids now have an age where they need entertainment which is easily doable in the area - pools, nice beaches and many famous cities not too far away. One highlight was Gibraltar where you need to walk across the airport runway :-) We would recommend to spend some time in Estepona which is a beautiful old city just a few minutes away or Puerto Banus with its luxury cars. Please note that you need a car. Thanks to Tania for a super smooth and easy organization making it a very relaxing and memorable stay with our kids!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in ganz neuer Anlage

Meine Frau und ich hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die ganze Anlage wurde erst Anfang des Jahres fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet von beiden Terassen aus Meerblick, wenn auch durch andere GebĂ€ude etwas eingeschrĂ€nkt. Alle LĂ€den die man braucht sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. FĂŒr Freunde des feinen Sandstrandes liegt in der Wohnung eine Mappe mit Infos zu den schönsten StrĂ€nden (und Ausflugszielen wie Gibraltar, Cadiz, Sevilla, Granada). FĂŒr Golfer (wie uns) bietet die Gegend mindestens 20 PlĂ€tze. Im Internet stehen zwar Anforderungen ans HCP (teilweise um die 20) die aber zum GlĂŒck nicht kontrolliert werden :-) Wir kommen definitiv im Herbst wieder.
